Fantastic service from Start to Delivery
Fantastic service from initial contact with Rebecca to final delivery. A couple of artwork amendment's were no problem & they explained they might delay production but I actually received the goods earlier than promised and the quality is great. I had quotes from many companies & 4imprint were the cheapest with lots of options on colours & quality. 100% reccomended
Poor service and lack of apology
Awful! My company has had so many issues with 4imprint.
We’ve had instances where we’ve ordered items, been sent the order confirmation and then two weeks later been told it’s out of stock and we’ll have to wait 3 weeks or order a more expensive alternative. We ordered some magnets and I approved the design etc (took about 4 attempts for some reason) even after that they managed to mess the order up and 500 magnets arrived wonky and blurred.
We also were recently sent an invoice for an old order we paid them over a month ago!
When I noticed the error, I raised it immediately with them and told them we’d paid it and I got no response from mark povey to apologise, turns out they actually owed my company money!
Wouldn’t recommend using this company unless you want to have a massive hassle!
Just hopeless
I just wanted to order some books with our logo and contact details printed on the front. I knew EXACTLY how we wanted them to look and sent them a high resolution design (simple logo at the top, text at the bottom). To date, 4Imprint has sent me SIX iterations of that design to review and approve, changing it each time, bearing no connection to the feedback I provided each time. All this, when the design I sent them was clear and exactly what was wanted. Lisa was pleasant but ineffective in managing this, and Una just seemed to forward on any old rubbish that the "studio" sent her without checking.
I switched to another supplier to save my time and my sanity (I thought they must be just having a laugh, clearly have nothing better to do than annoy customers), and received PERFECT books in time for the event for which the books were needed (which took place last week). Three weeks after I stopped responding to them, today I have received the sixth proof from Una. SERIOUSLY?!
My advice, save yourself the frustration, time and aggravation, and don't bother with these people. They clearly aren't serious about having your business. I can't fathom how they manage to sustain the business "working" like this. (One star is generous, but I can't leave zero stars).
Shambles, literal time wasters
I placed an order via the website on 11/10/2022 for £277.74. After some to-ing and fro-ing about the supplier not being able to read the design that I sent in five different formats (totally unbelievable) and then forgetting to update me, I finally got approval today for the new cost of £345.54.
So, 11 days to find out the price they quoted wasn't valid. I went elsewhere for £300 - no hassle or ambiguity whatsoever just a straightforward business transaction between grown -ups.
*UPDATED AGAIN* A waste of time and money, avoid at all costs!
Yet another issue from 4Imprint, and we haven't dealt with them in months.
We have received an invoice for an order placed 6 months ago, with a payment due date of 5 months ago. The dates on this invoice, which we've never received before, state we're 5 months overdue with payment.
Once again I'm wasting time dealing with 4Imprint for what is, with any other company, a simple process.
If you're reading this I implore you to use any other company than 4Imprint.

Another update for another mistake. The products from the credited order have arrived with an incorrect design. Kirsty advised delays were due to the design being in full colour and full colour artwork was provided. The prints that arrived are white.
Robin seems genuine in his apology but the rest of the team have failed to deliver at every stage of the process. Do yourselves a favour and use a different company.

Since posting this review the General Manager, Robin, has been in contact to try and rectify the issues. Although it doesn't change the initial difficulties experienced, Robin has advised he will provide a credit as a gesture of goodwill and is attempting to address the procedures that led to the service failures.
It's very much appreciated and good to know future customers may have a better experience.

Horrendous service with a plethora of errors. Poor communication, failure to complete promised actions, confirming orders for discontinued stock, missing agreed deadlines, prints not matching the agreed artwork, prints arriving smudged and out of place, boxes arriving damaged... the list goes on.
After raising these points Kirsty Reader promised to price match and replace the discontinued item, the second order has never arrived with no follow up from Kirsty or the 4Imprint team.
The only action completed as stated was a credit for one of the items ordered. Although I'm half expecting to see a charge for it next month.
I recommend you avoid 4imprint, they will let you down repeatedly. I wish I had thought to check reviews before using them for our companies event. Never again.
Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Our staff were delighted with the commemorative mugs that you produced on our behalf.
Your artwork team talked us through the necessary changes to our design resulting in a very happy customer
Corporate customers beware
Corporate customers beware. The products advertised as in stock are not. Payment taken and let down before a corporate event two days before. Offered an alternative product at four times the original price. Will not order from them again.
Avoid
Avoid! Horrific customer service. We placed an order of biscuits with a logo printed on them for a corporate event and Kirstie Reader refused to confirm whether she had placed the order despite us working to a very tight deadline.
I tried calling and asking to be put through but was just told to 'call the number on her signature', but Kirstie deliberately left her signature off emails so she couldn't be contacted directly.
When delivered, the logo on the biscuits was off centre, so we complained to the customer service manager who offered a small goodwill gesture. We will not be placing another order as a direct result of the poor service recieved which is a shame as the items ordered were of a great quality other than the slightly wonky printing.
Products fine - customer service non existent.
Excellent service
The staff are ever so patient and offer excellent advice and guidance. They did their utmost to ensure that the order would be completed and delivered in time, even though it was a tight squeeze. I am so grateful to the staff for being so accommodating and for ensuring that our promotion day ran super smoothly. In particular Rebecca Shaw was simply amazing and I can't thank her enough for her patience and kindness.
If you are looking for Quality print > Quantity of products I would probably look elsewhere.
Helpful and friendly staff - but low-quality print.
Basically, you get what you pay for.
We ordered some branded eye masks and they were half the price of any other quotes we had from other suppliers.
The quality of the masks is the same as other samples however the print is completely faded and the design had been altered without even being communicating it to us.
If you are looking for Quality print > Quantity of products I would probably look elsewhere.
But all in all the masks can and will be used.
This company is so frustrating.
They insist on redrawing your artwork even when it’s perfect.
They don’t meet any lead times even though their website says it’s free if they miss your date. They won’t refund you.
They purposely delay your orders. They can’t meet with excuses.
They pass you though multiple people who don’t know what’s going on .
Their delivery charges are astronomically high and they definitely profit from it .
Screen charges are also a joke . When you’re already paying them ££££.
They cannot figure out their own lead times “ 10 working days turns into 13”

Excellent
First time using them and cant complain. From the initial contact to the final product I am very happy. We ordered personalised pens for our business and as its the first time we went for nearly the cheapest they had. We are so very happy with the product, the quality and the speed of delivery from the initial order.
Anyone can see on my profile that I dont always leave good reviews, but 4imprint deserve a good one; big thumbs up.

What a load of rubbish
I would give a lot less if possible. Had to go to the post office today and pay £2 because the promotional pack they sent had no postage paid. I was in a good mind to just leave it, but until it was opened i was not sure. Idont think they would refund that or pay for my time and travel to get this pile of junk which is going in the bin. I wonder how other people they have done this too

I would give less, talking about how they can guarantee to beat any price or double the difference back. yeah rite!!!!! started off amazing and ended with going back on what they have said. was ordering 100 screwdriver pens and was told in email if I found a cheaper cost they would beat it or send me double the difference back. after I found a cheaper quote the sales man insisted he could not receive my quote then said no we can not beat the quote as its not possible to beat they would make a loss. DO NOT TRUST, GO TO ADLAR and ask for ASH.
Waste of effort
asked for a sample and had an email saying it was on it's way.
3 weeks later still not received it, thankfully I did not spend any money with them and have now found a company that responds quickly.
