Neptune 3 Pro - Great hardware for a giveway price. Firmware is very outdated and has a few minor bugs (SD read errors, which a simple restart fixes and file name lenght restrictions.)

Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 Purchase and Setup
Purchasing via the Elegoo website was streamlined and should be easy for anyone that has had any online shopping experience. Deliver was quick; I placed the order on the 27th Jan, I received a consignment number on the 30th Jan, and my printer was delivered on the 2nd Feb. I thought very quick since this printer had literally only just hit the market.
The printer came well packaged in a sturdy double corrugated cardboard box, tipping the scales around 23 kg (50.7 lb).
Once unpacked, there is a small amount of assembly before the printer could be powered on (and of course all parts and tools were supplied).
On power up, the printer asks what language I wanted, what part of the world I was in, and my WiFi network.
It then checked for any firmware updates (all automatic) and last but not least, requested an initial ~20 minute calibration (again automatic).
All that was left for me to do was load some filament and start printing.

The problem with your sales promotions…
The problem with your sales promotions is that you offer a discount on a product, then when you go to the checkout that discount seems to disappear. When report this to your customer support team, are lucky if you get a reply.

Bought Elegoo Neptune 4/ from fyshwick…
Bought Elegoo Neptune 4/ from Jaycar fyshwick ACT. Box said neptune 4/ machine when on says neptune 4 pro/. Initial leveling was great first 3 prints where perfect then all of a sudden the head dragged on the bed and no matter what i do I cant level it myself. Got told it may be extruder head sensor, bought ×2 replacement assembled extruder kits that dont even match my type-c machine and cant find any suitable. Moved onto another brand.
