I’ve used my blowbrusher for years, with excellent results. I received a new one for Christmas but didn’t use it until February. The results were very disappointing on my hair and not as good as previous blowbrusher. Customer service have said they can do nothing as it’s over 30 days since purchase. I was given no advice regarding warranty.
So poor product and very disappointing customer service.
Not a good way to treat a returning customer.

Scammers! Don’t buy from this company. I’ve been waiting for a refund for 3 months and still nothing.

Really disappointing company, recommend to avoid.

Despite lots of promises, and having paid extra for express shipping, the product took 9 weeks to arrive, with various promises inbetween.

The initial tracking was in Chinese so impossible to interpret, even for Google it seems.

Now in dispute with the company via my bank as they are refusing to authorise a compensatory amount and, how strange, will only confirm if they will refund the express delivery fee after I close my dispute!

6 weeks and no brush and no refund. Every excuse in the book, but just a cash stealer. I now have to have my bank chase them up. Scam artists. I reported them to the USA Branch in the hopes they realize these people have no brushes just take money.

Do not order from this company, I had not had my refund and now they are offering me store credit which I do not want. They’ve taken my money, the item had sold out after me waiting weeks/months and I’m still not getting my refund !!!

Do not buy from this seller. I did not receive my order. The phone number is unobtainable and fobbed off on emails. Reported to PayPal. They found in my favour and issued a refund.

I've ordered a blowbrusher hair dryer & volumizer hot air brush on 15th September. Delivery lead time was meant to be 10-18 working days. I’ve been waiting for weeks to find out the product was out of stock. From the day I’ve ordered I’ve had no communication other than marketing emails. It’s really not worth the time. 👎

Ordered item for the wife.. After about 8 days still no item..
Emailed and reply was its now out of stock and we can't give a timeline of when stock will come in..
Asked for a refund x 3 and getting the run around...
Looks like I will be complaining through PayPal to get my money back..
Avoid at all cost .....

Terrible experience. Order placed in July still no product. Trying to demand a refund but the customer service team seem elusive. Starting to think it’s one big scam! Avoid at all costs

This should be 0 in terms of experience. Waited nearly 6 weeks and keep getting told there are problems with the shipping company and they’re waiting for an update! Keep getting fobbed off on every turn! CNt believe I fell for this usually do my due diligence! AVOID!

I am so disappointed & Angry I waited wks for my Blowbrusher then I said I can't wait any longer after they then promised it would arrive after 3 working days but it DIDINT so I asked for a refund but they said No I won't get one .I'm reporting this to trading standards.

Ordered 5 weeks ago and recieved no product and they took my money.
They say they sent another out but been 2weeks and no tracking number or tracking and they said they will chase the tracking reference and then stopped replying.
I've asked for a refund but they just ignore my emails! Avoid buying from blowbrusher, they scammers! It's appalling!

Hi I love the brush blower as it gives me plenty volume and it’s very easy to use definitely thinking of purchasing another as a gift for my granddaughter

The blowbrusher turns my hair into a fizz nightmare. I have fine straight hair. You cannot use the blow brusher to dry your hair from completely wet either, so you land up using your hair dryer, then the blow brusher, then your own hair straightner afterwards to try fix the fizz. Disappointed. Just doesnt work for me.

I have a hair loss replacement system and 120g weave in my hair so I was hoping this would work as my last purchase elsewhere fell apart as I opened the box. This dries my hair well and leaves a nice shine no damage

I bought a brush blower last September, used it twice a week and have to say it was good, then the last few times using it’s the handle got very hot to which it burnt my fingers. I contacted company to say and because it’s out of 30;day period can’t do anything, I always thought 12 month warranty on things applied. They sent me a link to buy another really I don’t think so, they say product should last 300 hours, I HAVE HAD A GHD hairdryer for years still going, avoid this product not worth the money and customer service is shocking😡😡

Ordered a blowbrush weeks ago. Still not received it and have sent 2emails so far asking for a refund but no reply. It seems that this a a regular occurrence from whst other customers have said. For those customers who got their order it seems the product is not fit for purpose and downright hazardous with overheating issues. I'm sorry I ever got involved with this company. I'll be contacting Trading Standards to see what can be done.

I found the blow brusher easy to use and effective on my fine hair. So far very good. Hope it stands the test of time.
