Having problem verifying my documents

Having problem verifying my documents, I sent them all requested documents, not a proffessional casino, my advice don't play there. the service is so bad the chat function nobody is willing to help you waiting for youre deposit can go up to 4 days
problem's with withdrawl if you dont contact the bank provider it self you will never get youre money they do nothing but tell you to wait
last time i had to wait 23 days before i got my money absolutly horrible

Ich kann die Mehrheit der Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Meine Gewinne werden sofort ausbezahlt und sind nach 15 min auf meinem Kreditkartenkonto. Auch Gewinne in der Höhe von 3000-4000 Euro. Es ging aber in der Tat sehr lange, bis ich verifiziert war, aber seit dann: alles ok. Ich habe auch regelmässig hohe Gewinne. (Natürlich unter dem Strich eine Minus, aber wir sind ja alle süchtig.😅). Die Leute im Chat sind freundlich, obwohl jede 3. Nachricht automatisch gesendet wird. Cash Boni habe ich auf E-Mail-Nachfrage innert 2 Stunden erhalten. Meist 20-50 Euro, manchmal 100-200 Euro, je nach getane Einsätze. Ich vergebe 4 von 5 Sternen! ****

hello, now i'm done with it, i have deposited 1 of my last money on your casino and usually it is right there. I have already spoken to Max, Timmy, Gideon and 1 more whose name I do not remember, but he told me that I had to wait 2 hours before a deposit would be made.. now I am 3 hours further and still have NOTHING In the meantime, I've had the other, Max, Timmy and Gideon on chat and they're all sending me the same AUTOMATIC message that they're going to sort it out and I have to be patient. I have often deposited something with you and it was right on the spot, I wasted a lot of money with you and also won something, so a customer married .. that's why I hope you will now seriously talk to me and help me.

this is what i have already sent 4 times and no response at all in the night. 24/7 customer service is really a joke .. and I've lost my money because of this.

Terrible casino worst experience I have ever had this casino basically just robbed me there very untrustworthy I had a massive winnings of 10k than all of a sudden after verifying and everything I made a withdraw than I get an email saying I have duplicate accounts on same ip but my spouse has her own separate account they than never responded to any emails that I sent stating I had another person in my house hold on same up as me with separate account i than just played all the money due to me knowing that they were a scam as soon as they suspect duplicate accounts after initially paying me out in the past they are the biggest thieves I know I have been abused by there control and this casino will never get my money ever again screwthem!!!

Horrible site. Horrible odds. Their customer service is probably the only thing good about this site.

These online casinos a firmly believe are nothing but scams. You have better chances of getting blood outta a rock then hitting a thousand dollars on a single spin betting 2 bucks a spin.

The hits are too rare and the bonuses are just so hard to hit and they produce such little numbers in regards to RTP. Isn’t just a scam. Every single one of these sites. Never play here - I agree with most of the comments down here. Its a SCAM which never pays back. Platform is laggy too. Worst RTP as it sucks money in. Self Excluded my self permanently.

100 Euro x 500 = 50000
But then they said about documents verify Etc.
I do everything but they don’t pay so I have loses everything.

played 45000 got 25 free chip

got 200 NDB and played through the 6000 play threw went to try and cash out the 2200 i had and they said they were only cashing out in bitcoin so that was ok but apparently my online bank account wasnt i had to have a bank account with a bank that had a building and was sending statements to my house but they wouldnt send a check from their bank to my house whatever played though 45689 dollars and they gave me a 25 dollar free chip never play there

If I could give these guys a 0 I would! Stay away from these guys. 1 the site has little to no winnings you'll often have a hard time even getting into bonus rounds. If you do pull off a win be advised they'll do everything I'm their power to cancel your withdrawal. The first time I had a withdrawal funded took several days to even get it to the approved stage. During this time I was asked multiple times over and over for several different documents. I had to submit the withdrawal request upwards of 10 times before finally getting it. This most recent time I was attempting to withdrawal a good amount I built up from $50. The staff went as far as accusing me of having multiple accounts and all sorts of other allegations meanwhile the only other account was my spouses. They went as far as saying it was the same decide same Brower same IP despite the fact we've both got Samsung s20 and both use chrome and are on a shared wifi network. Who'd have figured? We also went as far as sending a photo of the both of us sitting together showing our ID showing our same phones both logged into our very own account even pictures of both of our credit cards. I'm confused as to what my spouse had to do witb my winnings? I got so frustrated I turned the bet all the way up and spun until the account was empty. They'll do anything they can to try and not pay you.

I asked them if i can deposit money from my wife debit card and they accepted my deposit. I won 1000 euro and on Cash out they did not accept. They took The money from my account saying that they dont accept third party. There for they dont respect their own rules. They try to find any reason to not pay out. I won 1650euro. Would cashout 1450euro all necessary verification documents were attached to account and approved. But even then Cashout request keeps being denied. After talking to livechat support, TWICE, where they said that everything was in order and I should try to make another cashout request, the third time I did it, I got an email that all my winnings was retracted due to a so called "dublicate" account, and my account is closed. This is ridiculous and I strongly recomend NOT to play on this site. They will use all kinds of excuses not to pay out.

Second visit to bobcasino was hard to cash out

Second visit to bobcasino had winnings but once i tried to cash out they would not let me.
They have their chance to weather or not prove if they are scammers or not.
They seem to be troublesome upon cashing out
All my confirmations of identity and so on have already been confirmed upon trying to cash out on a second attempt they would not let me cashout via trustly. And said i had to confirm creditcard once more. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
WHEN I CONTACTED SUPPORT IT SAID CONNECTION LOST ETC. After speking to them briefly.
Either they pay or they or their reputation isat stake.
Once i try to contact support they do not awnser withdrawal is pending but they dont let me withdraw i have withdrawn from trustly and transactions are not in a hurry even when trustly only takes minutes to process

They said furthermore that withdrawal was not accepted and that i had to submit more documents i have submitted them

Now its up to them to proove whether or not they are legit
