Great company selling genuine products
Wow, what a great company!
It's always a risk when buying products online, particularly on Ebay, and when buying electronic items. However, British Modules excel above the rest when it comes to selling genuine manufacturer products at great prices.
Their delivery service is also very fast. I bought my item late in the afternoon, however it was dispatched the same day and arrived a couple of days later via courier.
I am extremely impressed all round, not only with my purchase, but also British Modules' first class service level and reliability.
I highly recommend this company.

Great service and products
Ordered replacement charging cables for a OnePlus. Delivery was quick and the items arrived in good condition. Much, much cheaper and quicker than ordering the same items from the OnePlus shop! Have ordered from British Modules before and will definitely order from them again. Excellent service!

Poor communication.
After making an order on 23rd Feb and waiting the 10 days for delivery it did not arrive. I contacted them to ask them to check it was sent and no communication back. I checked the courier link and it was sent after I got in touch, but why not get in touch to say so. Item did arrive eventually.

Hi Joe Schofield, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your cable. As mentioned when you first contacted us, cables can unfortunately be prone to accidental damage. Based on the photos you shared, it did appear that the cable may have been accidentally snapped, but we’re still more than happy to help.
We’ve been trying to get in touch with you to arrange a replacement, as we really want to resolve this for you. However you just tried to damage our business and write false review and ignored us! we’ll be glad to send you a new cable at 16 Elm Drive, Billinge, St Helens, WN5 7PU and arrange for Brand New one to be delivered to you.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’d love the chance to put this right.
Undelivered item put right
Please see update at bottom - Ordered item on 20th December 2024. Had an e-mail stating that unfortunately that a stock of that item is stuck in the port due to customs. I requested a rough date of stock and said I was happy to wait until in stock although this was a Christmas present. Sent two e-mails asking for an update to which they replied customs still holding items. A week later and I have had to yet again ask for confirmation of delivery. I understand borders and customs can cause a nightmare but the customer service I feel is terrible. If you are going to make customers wait for stock then you should have courtesy of contacting them every so often to update them of the situation! Requested update and if no resolution refund has been requested.
Update - after not getting thorough to other Hugh from British modules put this right and chased until the very end. The item arrived which the recipient of the item was extremely happy with. Hugh also expressed his apologies and has taken measures to reduce the chances of this happening to any other customer.
