Customer service from Burts is great. But I'm still waiting for parts of my delivery and there has been no information about when I can expect my missing items.

Great Customer Service
We made a mistake and ordered the carpet in the wrong size. The staff at Burts helped us sort it out without any quibble at all. Great customer service and very much appreicated.

Fantastic service!
Fantastic service!
I wanted a beautiful, thick and hardwearing vinyl at a great price and found it here. However, the size I asked for in one piece proved problematic because of the overall weight of the delivery (168KG).
Despite me being hard to get hold of, Phil at Burts did not give up and kept phoning and emailing and asked for measurements and plans of the rooms, and then very kindly had it cut it into the 3 pieces I required. Carefully protected and wrapped and safely shipped in a few days with a team of 2 to deliver it.
I have ordered from Burts before and have always been very happy with the quality of the vinyl and speed of the delivery. Many thanks for all your efforts.

Lovely carpet
Lovely carpet, I bought as a remnant so took a risk on the colour as hard to tell online. Was lighter than I expected but happy with it and it was size described so fitted the room perfectly. Delivered quickly through DX company

Terrific customer service

Ordered my selected flooring and promptly arrived.
Slight issue with damage in transit but BURTS quickly sorted the problem in a professional manner and a replacement was immediately sent out.
Staff were very helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
