Exactly the same experience as your most recent review ( 5 days ago). Mickey Mouse Lamp, what a Joke! Cheap Nasty Product. We were also failed by PayPal, even though we provided information about company being a scam. The whole saga was disgraceful and abusive. And yet, this company still continues to scam people. I'm currently fighting another "scam" seller and PayPal trying to close case, wait for it, because unable to deliver item to seller as not around ( provided tracking no and all). More scaming! PayPal needs to enforce stricter guidelines and penalties for dodgy sellers.

I am being generous with 1 star. This company is a complete fraud. They advertised a beautiful Disney Mickey Mouse Through the Years Lamp. Instead, after months and months of waiting, we received a ridiculous, cheap little ceramic Mickey valued at about $2.00. When we complained (through Pay Pal) they offered to refund us $12.00. Now they say they’ll give us a full refund but they want us to return the item to them in China. This will cost us between $24 & $124 CDN and it could take up to 6 months to get to them, and our postal system is not tracking parcels going to China at this time. PayPal wants us to to lodge a complaint with the FBI (but we live in Canada). Overall, it has been a terrible experience, both with the company and with PayPal. Baffled as to why PayPal is still dealing with them. They must know that this is a terrible/fraudulent company which, by the way, can no longer be found online. They have popped up as a FB page. They sell direct from there. My advice to you if you are considering buying from them is this: RUN! They are using a bait and switch model. You will not get what they advertised. In our case they used photos and Item descriptions they they stole right from the Bradford Exchange website. Of course, I didn’t know that at the time of purchase.

A literal fraud. I am arguing with Paypal regarding this supposedly Apple Watch, the only thing similar is the name this strange company used for their cheap watch.
As usual, Paypal is taking forever to make a decision. I am trying not to use Paypal anymore....totally useless when it comes to an argument with a vendor...

Actually I’m rating it 0 Stars!!!!! Stay away from this site!! If things appear to be to good to be true there’s a reason for it. Nothing is what it seems. I ordered a watch that took over 6 weeks to arrive and turned out to be not what I ordered and was beyond cheap.

0 STARS... They advertised an item, I purchased 3 and received a completely different cheap item poorly packaged and broken. I returned item to CHINA by paypal suggested courier costingme £45!! .. was refused refund as seller refused to accept package! DISGUSTED

After a long and protracted Dispute with the Vendor and PP .. Finally I have a PP refund .. message below from PP .. now I don’t know if its PP or the Vendor ( I bet PP)

A bloody joke advertising an apple 5 watch to receive nothing but a cheap watch not even costing 10 euro, I am opening a complaint with PayPal. Surely after all the reviews this company can be held responsible for misleading advertising, I will make sure it is told on every social media platform

Like everyone else I bought on line an Apple Watch and I was stupid enough to believe the advertisement that it was a genuine Apple Watch that it was not is a cheap smart copy that it will not even work. PayPal is useless as they sided with them.

I bought a Bose headset. Doesn’t work at all! The power button is broken and no way to turn it on. Scam!! Expensive lesson.

i have spoken to PP after receiving an email stating if i call or contact them by the 7th of April with a dispute they will hold payment !! i did after trying to contact the company on there outlook.com address !
but was told before the cut off date the transaction has gone ahead !! this i have complained to PP !!
i have taken this higher an open up a claim .. they have ask me to ship to China which i have told them No ,, as really don't think the vendor will honour a refund .. also i have told them in my view they are complicit, with a scam in not vetting the company, aiding tax evasion, ignoring issues raised, this will not stop here ....

Bought what was advertised as an apple watch only to receive a basic smart watch. Paid $134aud plus $36aud for the return. Still waiting to hear back from paypal and this company. Communication with the seller has bedn poor. They offered me $4 as compensation. Said not to return watch as they never get returns!!! And paypal are useless. No way of contacting them via phone or email. Such a poor, expenexperience. DON'T buy from this seller. Very dishonest and dodgy

Bought some Apple Watches at $89 each and they as everyone noted are knock off copied worth about 10 us max .. I Had a return address in the U|K on the packaging which i sent them to now they say its not the correct address even though it sign for by the royal mail and PayPal have gone in their favour shame on PayPal i can see on here i am not the first to be scammed, where is our PayPal buyer protection we pay fees for ?
Pay pal are just as bad as the seller if they allow them to trade throw themselves .

DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME! TOTAL SCAM! This is a horrible company to deal with. Advertised an Apple watch series 5 and received a total knock off that is absolutely horrible. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE A CENT OF YOUR MONEY!

Es una estafa, anuncian Apple Watch Series 5 de 44 mm, y luego te envían copias chinas, y además, en mi caso que compré do, me enviaron un Series 5 y otro Series 4.

Total scam...I bought a watch that was supposed to be an Apple...Useless piece of crap. This is giving me a final lesson not to buy from unknown company. Of course their sites is now closed.
