Staff lovely But since buzz bingo changed packages from combo To lge xlge etc, prices have changed and expensive Lots of friends stopped going. Also machines not charged recently have to change... Voir plus

We do operate with a Random Number Generator as required to, this is to ensure the outcomes of our games are fair for all customers. With Gambling it is always nice to have a win, but unfortunately there is no guarantee that you will win the amount you have put into the site.
You should only ever deposit and play through money you are happy to potentially looe as there is no guarantee to win. Should you ever begin to feel frustrated with the amount you are winning back, we would always advise utilizing our safer gambling tools for a cool down period.

I think the games are rigged at Brighton
I think the games are rigged at Brighton Buzz Bingo club.There is a gentleman that sits on Wizard 1859 that appears to win a £1000 without fail every Sunday or on a Saturday when the large money games of the last three houses are called. He almost knows he going to win. My question is if staff are giving him winning tickets and perhaps portioning some of it cos they can’t play in their clubs that would be fraudulent. Nobody is that lucky every week ! We are noticing a pattern.This needs to be brought to the attention of their HR

Buzz the bad
Visited a few weeks back with other half. Nice car park - that’s where the positivity stops. Our usual club is The Castle Newport. Quite honestly there’s no comparison. Staff extremely unhelpful. They have the worst caller I have ever heard. Short little girl with fuzzy hair. She was giggling constantly to herself, almost shouting the numbers!! Other staff standing around talking. The place was smelly and dirty. We were planning on eating, but after seeing the ‘chef’ walking around, no hat, beard not covered, no thanks!! It really isn’t hygienic.
The prize money was rubbish and the loos were absolutely disgusting. Dirty paper all over the floor and they stank!
Will we be returning? Not a chance. We will stick to Castle back home.

Buzz Bingo Brighton - don’t bother! Rundown, shabby, and dirty. The bingo caller doubled up as a cleaner and very half heartedly wiped the edge of the tables. The place was empty and far too many cash games. The staff were all very young and inexperienced and could have done with new uniforms. The food wasn’t good either - two small pieces of over cooked chicken nuggets do not equate to a chicken burger!! Very disappointed. For the same money we could have had 2 nights at Club300 in Blackpool.

Don’t waste your money
This used to be a great bingo. Sadly over the last few months it has definitely gone downhill. The prices keep increasing, yet the prize money is decreasing. The manager does not appear to have a clue. My friend complained about food that was served inedible and he literally just grunted and walked away. He has no people skills whatsoever!! Staff stand around chatting throughout the bingo games. No one comes when you need change for interval games. The whole place is filthy. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid like the plague…

If the Manager at Buzz bingo…
If the Manager at Buzz bingo Brighton,could have been anymore unhelpful and rude, it would have taken some doing. Absolutely ruined my night, was not interested and considering I was here as my birthday was even more insulting. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced in a while, well done you completely ruined my night out, staff on front desk were friendly and helpful, Manager could learn a thing from them. If i could give zero stars or minus I would.

PARKING SCAM - Buzz Bingo complicit
PARKING SCAM - this business uses scam parking operator NEXUSGROUP who operate in a predatory fashion against visitors of the car park. I am having a HORRID experience. In my case they had signs that said you could only pay using their APP, I popped inside Buzz Bingo where staff confirmed I can't pay for parking at the business and had to go through the NexusPay app, which wasn't processing payments. I continued to try and pay and then left the premises. You can guess what happened next, they sent me a fine for £100, and the CHEEK of it is they actually continue to pursue you through all the appeals for not paying (EVEN THOUGH I DID TRYYY AND HAD PAYMENTS REJECTED AND THEN LEFT THE PREMISES). BUZZ BINGO SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAN TO ALLOW SUCH AWFUL PREDATORY COMPANIES TO OPERATE ON THEIR GROUNDS. 0/10 experience, STAY AWAY until they introduce a parking machine, payments at reception, or an APP that works!
