Well where do u start past few times ive been ive lost alot but tonight I self excluded due to putting £750 in a machine to receive no bonus and very little connecters i called for manager who says its random so it's random to loose over last month of going absolutely not no staff on floor to get a drink more chance of getting a win and that's impossible in itself so avoid also my partner goes who is disabled who is bullied to move out her seat my a woman called lyndsey and her friends disgusting alone I have told her happens again report it but she won't be attending again it's the worst bingo in the uk by far please just go see for yourself

Always friendly n welcoming club clean n tidy staff do an amazing job only down fall is never any staff on floor to give you change for telly bingo im sure sales would improve if there were

The Staff were Very Helpful and attentive

Great bingo. Good prize money sometimes but can be a pricey a little on the expensive side to play would benefit from having more staff but all in all its still a great night out nice friendly staff (Burnley) branch 😀 love Mondays 4 way bingo

me and my friend went to Bingo on friday 20th we were met at the door as always with helli Ladies are you well enjoy your evening service for drinks and food was very good and we had a Lovely night and a little win staff amazing we go 4 times a week

Had a good time and won a little bit. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It's a shame the online services have depleted attendances to the level that the place may close :(

The staff are nice and helpful and always on hand if you need any assistance although sometimes if new members are in it can get quite noisey. Thomas is really nice , happy and helpful. He also remembers your name when you enter the club which is nice

Love the staff super friendly they always make the effort when calling bingo to make jokes or be very welcoming when see you , we enjoy going and try to win lol . Even my husband has now started coming and enjoys it specially because he can have his tea out and chill. Keep up good work Burnley.

Love buzz bingo would highly recommend brilliant team staff e.t.c.enjoy the chat with other players, think its brilliant if you live on your own make plenty of friends.

The reception was really helpful and happy.
The caller possibly named Matthew, a large man (sorry) was the most miserable caller that I have ever met. During one game he was calling the numbers wrong and said any of the customers could come up and call.
The review I just read about not good for her mental health due to staff not taking her feelings into account. Well she is best to avoid this place. I love bingo and I have never felt so depressed, he had no 'up and go', his voice was monotonous, sadly all I needed was a rope!!!!!.
Advice to Buzz Bingo get yourself some happy bingo callers. This position requires somebody with a personality, lively and funny. Sadly Matthew would be better enrolling in some counselling classes. This post is sad and not very uplifting for the club, customers or Matthew. I do write this with heavy heart but he really shows little interest in the game. Won't be returning. Sorry

I was a first time visitor to this establishment and that will also be unfortunately the last time I visit. With very little information given to a new player I proceeded to use the paper bingo cards and started to play along I very soon figured out that I had won two lines and as soon as I realised shouted out to the 'Caller' that I had won, he proceeded to tell me that I had shouted out too late and that I would lose out on the £25 win. I understood and took it as a learning curve that I needed to shout sooner. I then continued with the games and about 30 minutes later I won a full house, I was happy that I would win £100 and shouted as soon as I got it. Then the caller continued saying the numbers, I shouted again and people around me also shouted telling the caller that I had already won it. The caller (didn't catch his name) then proceeded to say that 'well this is awkward' and that he 'didn't hear me' even though a lot of customers around me heard plus two members of staff. The caller refused to let me win and said that once again I was too late and not loud enough.

A member of staff then approached me and said that I could ask the duty manager to listen to the audio so that I could clear up this mess. During the break I went to reception and asked the duty manager to listen to the audio, he straight away said that I was to shout louder and that I wouldn't win anything, but he agreed to listen to the audio. Now I have no way of knowing he actually listened to the audio because I was not given the chance to listen to it myself. At this point I started shaking and went into a full blown panic attack, this was brought on by many members of staff surrounding me and accusing me of being too quiet and lying about what had happened, as someone who suffers from anxiety the members of staff should have been more understanding and compassionate.

The caller seemed to have something against us as new players because he refused to even hear me out, and the other members of staff definitely need training on mental health and dealing with panic attacks. The upset and discomfort that this experience has brought me means that I will not be able to leave my house and feel comfortable to do another activity with my friends for a long time. I will never return to this building and have actually been put off going to Bingo ever again.
