i like the friendly welcome as i enter the club ,the staff are very helpful and patient . the prize are according to how many people are in the club which is understandable.I just love going and meeting friendly people and i get that at Buzz Doncaster .I look after my husband 24-7 so when i come to Buzz its MY TIME just to be myself for a couple of hours once a week, THANKYOU TO ALL AT BUZZ DONCASTER

The friendliness of the staff which is…
The friendliness of the staff which is really important.the prize money is fairly good too .although some of the callers need a lesson in calling as they stop the calling before the customer shouts which is really annoying .so they are stopping at the prompt which in my eyes is wrong also the food is in need of a revamp .limited choice and a little expensive for what you get

The place needs to be smartened up .
The place needs to be smartened up at the minute .it hasn't had a hovering up in years .I come mostly 3 times a week and same bits are on the floor from one visit to next might be a sweet ,salt ,sugar wrapper ,chip, someone has dropped but they always there .and the carpets are very dusty especially in toilets need a good clean or replacing .I cannot blame staff who serve tickets food and help if machine not working they are fantastic with what they do Iove them all a lovely crew but I don't expect them to clean that's a cleaners job which is not obvious that we have one at doncaster.

Fabulous
Fist time visiting with my daughter - from the moment we went through the doors we were made to feel really welcome, & although we were a couple of 'numpties' with the technology now on offer (we remember the dabbers), all the staff were excellent & couldn't have been more helpful. This is a pleasant club; the staff are very helpful and prices are fair.
My word! It is so NOISY; why don't the management do something about the loud talking while games are being played?
EDIT: stood for 5 minutes waiting to be served and missed the first games. Why not have two staff serving?
