Brilliant night out
Brilliant night out, staff really friendly
Thought it very strange that people with electronic boards did not need to shout confirming a win
Plus a lot of talking while games going on - not very fair for the customers playing books
But that aside me and my husband enjoyed our night at Motherwell and will definitely return x

Hi Sylvia,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
It’s great to hear you find the staff as friendly as you do in our Motherwell club, they work really hard to ensure they give a great experience!
We always will strive to provide the best atmosphere and facilities for our players to feel as comfortable as possible with us. Whilst our rules of play do advise a verbal shout players who use touchpads also have a claim button which they can press to alert the caller.
I will pass on your comments and best of luck for any future visits! We hope to see you again soon.
Kind regards,
Tia
