I’ve got to say OMG you’ve gone down hill so much when you’re such a huge chain, and I just don’t know why????
I loved going to my local club and playing online but the past couple of months playing slots online and bingo in the club it’s so poor, the in house club is really dwindling but even so theres so little no matter what package you get, you don’t get nothing back, the slots online is so corrupt it’s unbelievable, every time I try anything there always a problem with the connection and then the glitches are unbelievable to laugh at as they prove how much fixing is going on its just hilarious as it makes it so obvious your falsifying the end roll, I know there’s more than winning with anything but when you add so much and your a regular member in house a little sentiment back would be nice but to get nothing really puts you off doing anything with your brand

Understanding your feelings, we would like to point out that we are a regulated company and are constantly being monitored by the relevant authorities to ensure that we provide fair game play to all our players. Following from this, as a regulated company that is licensed by the Gambling Commission, there is absolutely no way that we can influence the outcome of any games, this includes the ratio of payouts.
It terms of any lagging, or technical issues relating to your game being slow, this is usually device related so we do ask you to complete some trouble shooting tips to help fix the issue.

worse bingo ever
This has got to be the worse bingo I’ve ever been to, the caller was so fast we couldn’t even have a sip of our drinks even then missed numbers, had food and it was like eating cardboard, definitely won’t be returning

Rubbish cutomer service
Buzz bingo Warrington has gone worse than ever, machines are not paying out like they used to,
Tonight I should won a jackpot payout
On a board game of 732.00, i pressed my bonus button several times to purchase it, but when i won on 48 numbers i was told i had not purchased the bonus.
Buzz need to sort out there portables as parts of the screens dont work.
Not even a word from the manager just no bonus in play.
Disgusting i have been a member ever since it opened as gala, it has really gone down hill.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve not enjoyed using our Touchpads in our Warrington club! We do have Free Paper Books during select Afternoon Main Event Sessions however please be aware that due to their rising popularity the majority of our sessions do include Electronic Bingo inline with current market trends.
I can assure you that we operate using a random number generator for all of our games including bingo. With gambling there is no guarantee you will win back what you deposit unfortunately.
We also advise all customers, as per our rules of play, that if using touchpads you must claim verbally as well or stop the game via an alternative method agreed to with the club beforehand. This is in place incase of any technical errors when claiming.

I’m a regular at buzz bingo but on…unacceptable behaviour
I’m a regular at buzz bingo but on Sunday 16th July 2023 my son and his friend went newbie’s and to my disgust when they said they didn’t know what they wanted as they’ve never been before instead of being given a basic package ie £20/£25 were hit with a £52 one each managers special needless to say I don’t think they’ll be back very unfair and totally unacceptable behaviour from the buzz team
