Please please please can you give your hall in Widnes a good clean, the grime on the metal rails that connects the seats to the tables is absolutely revolting. It puts me off wanting to go there

Buzz bingo in Widnes …
Buzz bingo in Widnes are very lovely and they will help you all the time.
I’ve not been since lockdown and when my friend and I got voucher we just thought they would have a date on them, so we only used the one’s for the bingo and next time we want have dinner but unfortunately, we realised that we should of used them that night we came back but no one said you have to use them now!! But we had a great time and go very Tuesday now 😃

Wanted to go to Widnes tonight but the…
Wanted to go to Widnes tonight but the last time I went there was an issue with my card, so I was issued with a temporary pass. Today I have contacted customer services and after 30 minutes with live chat I was told I needed to provide them with my passport/driving license, pay slip or bill with my address, when asked why, I was sent a lengthy blah blah blah reason, security, fraud etc etc. I just want to play a game of bingo. I won't be providing you with anything whatsoever. I was a legitimate member of Buzz and Gala prior and there is absolutely no reason why my account should be suspended. I'm 50 years old, a hard working assistant head in a high school, no debt, a homeowner, car owner and you want me to provide evidence I am who I am to play a game of bingo? Not a chance, my money is good enough anywhere.

Nice atmosphere but those Gogo games…
Nice atmosphere but those Gogo games are just too much. These are games played in interval times except they are now spilling over into normal bingo times. Often a recorded bingo caller speeded up to get more games in. So annoying. We have even noticed the normal bingo is being rushed too, assumingly to get more go go games in. The staff are friendly, polite and professional.

I am glad to hear of your opinion on the staff at our Widnes club, I will get this passed over to the team.
However, I am sorry to hear of your experience while playing the GoGo games. All of the games should be played within a set time, including all the extras and main Bingo, to avoid overrunning or missing out on anything.
I do apologise if it does seem it is being rushed, all I can suggest is reaching out to the management team at Widnes to see if this can be reviewed.
