My wife bought this watch and no longer…

My wife bought this watch and no longer needed it as it doesn't do the type of functions she needed it for. Tried returning the unopened box and found out it needs to be shipped back to China!l Also every review said it should sell for around $30-$50. We paid $139. We should have done better research before buying.BUYER BEWARE!

Bought a Bytech Health & Fitness…

Bought a Bytech Health & Fitness Smartwatch for $139.00 USD. I decided to pay more than I usually do for a smart watch, but I was taken. My step counter only records half the steps taken, seems there is no way to fix it. The company offered a 5% refund which is a insult. Do not trust this company. Before I purchased I noticed it had good review ratings but that also must be a scam.

Product came with ZERO instructions

I bought the 4k dash cam. The product arrived with incomplete installation instructions and zero instructions on how to setup (format sd, pair to phone app, etc). Through emailing the customer service they were able to walk me through what their manual should have told me about the hardware installation and initial setup but they were completely incapable of helping me with pairing it to my phone so I can't even use the app.

Disappointed

I bought the bytech smart watch which requires the use of the runmefit app. The app is not user friendly and the tech support is not helpful, though they do respond within 24 hours. They provide instructions that do not remedy the issue at all. I can't get basic email notifications or texts. All the watch does is tell me the time and track my fitness which my phone can do. Sadly I will be returning the watch as it is not worth the hours and hours it takes to try to get a watch to work (which still hasn't).

ByTech fraud

I ordered a new but received a used/returned dashcam that did not work. In dealing with customer service, they blatantly refused to accept a return and refund. I regret not reading reviews and should have been suspicious as their dashcams are not available on Amazon. Do not buy anything from ByTech is my advice.

Fell for a Fraudulent Ad

I feel very foolish that I ordered without verifying the company. It has numerous complaints. They said item has been shipped giving a invalid Canda Post tracking number.
Never received the merchandise-fitness tracker.
BEWARE FAKE COMPANY

I would give it a zero if I could. Do not buy anything from this horrendous seller. God forbid you want to (immediately) cancel your order or return their absolute crap product, GOOD LUCK! It took me 42 emails with them and reporting them to my bank for them to FINALLY give me a return address. They kept sending me the same ridiculous AI-generated emails offering me a 5% credit, and then a 10% credit, all the way up to 30% credit (wow so generous) instead of getting my full refund. I think the only reason they finally budged and gave me a return address (after about 1.5 months, mind you) was because I kept responding and declining their stupid credit offers (and my bank contacted them). This company is absolutely abysmal.

Terrible Support & Deceptive Company

This company’s handling of my order and cancellation request has been extremely concerning and appears highly deceptive.

I submitted a cancellation request within less than an hour of placing the order, followed up again the next day, and received no acknowledgment until several days later after the item had already shipped.

Since then, I have been given conflicting information regarding the return process, told to return the item internationally despite the package originating from a U.S. address, denied a return label, and even advised to simply give the item away to a family member instead of being properly assisted.

At every stage, my timely cancellation request had been ignored while responsibility has been shifted onto me despite this situation resulting directly from the company’s lack of response and poor handling of the matter.

I've been trying to return a product…

I've been trying to return a product and they spent over a week trying to talk me out of it with no real help. They refused to send me the return information. 13 emails and I still have t gotten return information. Terrible.

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company. I didn't get my product even though it said delivered 2 weeks prior. When I called, suspiciously I got a package that same day that was supposedly shipped 3 days prior. The product is so so. If you want to make a return you have to pay to ship it back to China. Total scam.

I would give it a zero but that is not an option. This company is a total scam. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. The website says it accepts returns but it does not. They will not provide a return address and apparently this is a very common problem customers have. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Bytech Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

14-day return policy is a joke. Bought the “Bytech Cordless Vacuum Cleaner” on 3/22/2026 and it stopped working on 4/28/2026. Showed a flashing red trash can and then error code E3. From what I could find it appears to mean a full trash bin or dirty sensors. I doubted this was the cause after about 5-6 times of use so I took the whole thing apart. It was still very clean and looked like new, so the problem wasn’t dirt. I found that a wire had came loose from a connector so I put it back into place and it works as it should again. Don’t buy unless you’re handy and can take a semi-complex item apart.
Also,
I WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN. This was advertised over social media as a European made vacuum cleaner implying it’s similar to Dyson. It’s actually a VERY CHEAPLY made Chinese vacuum cleaner hiding behind a short 14-day return policy. Biotech is based in China and doesn’t even make their own vacuum, I received one made by “Moonpod” instead. The specs and even the color was all the same so we didn’t return it.

DO NOT BUY FROM BYTECH!!!!

First of all, how can this company end up with a 2.3 rating on Trustpilot when every review is rated as a 1?
I had a similar experience to what many of the other reviewers wrote. I ordered a smartwatch that was rated high on the review sites, but upon trying out the smartwatch, I found the data was inaccurate, recording my heart rate 20 points higher than a manual heart rate which was taken by 2 healthcare professionals at the same time. It also recorded that I was sleeping when I was awake, indicating that I was sleeping for 21, 23, 48 hours straight. I contacted the company requesting a return and refund. They initially told me that there was a margin of error (I do not consider 20 points off on a number that could range from 50-100 or sleeping for 21-48 hours when it should be closer to 8 to be considered an acceptable margin of error) so I shouldn't worry about it and asked for pictures and more explanation. After I complied, the run around started with them trying to dissuade me from returning it, offering a 5 percent discount, and even suggesting that I give the faulty product to a friend or family member as a gift. Who would feel right about knowingly giving a faulty gift to a loved one? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

What a nightmare

I ordered a hairdryer from this company and when i received it, it was defective. Wouldn't turn on. I sent emails to company and finally someone answered and asked me to upload a video showing them it would not turn on. I obliged and did as they asked. Then i asked for a refund. Then it started… email number 1 with a discount of 3% with new hairdryer, I said no that i wanted my full refund as I would buy somewhere else. This exchange of emails continued back and forth with offers up to 30% and each time I said no I wanted refund. Then they asked me to send the defective device back to China and that would be expensive and at my cost so I should consider the 30% rebate offer on another device. Thankfully I had purchased using Paypal and filed a claim with Paypal providing all the emails support. I finally got my refund today. DO NOT ORDER FROM BYTECH LABS!

REFUND ISSUES

I ordered what I thought was a smart watch from their website. However, when I received the item,I learned that it was a fitbit. Their website says 14-day returns, customer pays shipping. The package came to me from California. When I sought to return the article, they advised me I would need to ship it to China. Instead they offered me a 5% discount on my purchase price. I have followed up pointing out that shipping to California was acceptable to me. I received another identical email, this time offering they me a 10% discount. As of today, i have not had this matter resolved and am stuck with an item i cannot use. Their emails look like they are generated by AI. Buyers Beware!

DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE. They made a false ad about smart glasses that it could fit a prescription lenses and it cant. I contact seller to return, after 1 month trying to make me not return the item, they gave an address outside of usa which is different of the address where they sent the glasses (In texas), turning more expensive the return. I escalated to Paypal but nothing was done about it. So, i Have to return to the address in China, but i havent received the refund
