No customer service and inflated hidden charges
Call ready have hidden charges in terms and conditions so please be careful. £3 charge a month to process a debit card and £2 for freephone charges supposedly emailed to all clients.
Flexibility is poor and there is no inclination on the company to set up direct debits or tell you this can save you money as the £3 charge is clearly a good source of revenue for them. I know of no other company charging for debit card transactions and as such they have lost my business

misleading service
misleading service, not showing the correct price at signup and suddenly increasing the monthly payment. Then they chase you to pay for it. They also had another trust pilot account with full of bad reviews which have now been removed!

What a difference a year makes!
I set up a free phone number and a call answering service. I was assured that only genuine enquiries would be put through and that sales calls would be sifted out. Well that certainly wasn't the case. When I eventually cancelled the service, I was told that it's very difficult to completely separate the sales calls as the callers are very clever at hiding they're real intentions. If I hadn't been paying for the service I would find that comment laughable, considering that some of the sales callers actually gave their company name and stated their business and yet still they were put through! This company is a joke. Please don't fall for it.

Hi there,
I am sorry to hear that you have not had a positive experience with us.
Firstly, it is extremely difficult to filter out ALL sales calls as the companies who do cold call always come up with new ways to get around our filters, for example, they now ask for Directors by name and are vague with the reasons for wanting to talking to you. We would rather send the message over to you and be wrong than not to send the message which could potentially mean you missing an important call.
We always credit any calls that we pass on when you inform us that it is a sales call too so I feel your review is a little harsh considering.
