Carrie-ann has been managing our SEO since 2021 ( and currently does!) when I joined Innovative Trials as Marketing Manager. Their work has been PHENOMENAL and one of the main reasons our website increased inbound enquiries by 150% YoY in 2021, 200% YoY in 2022 and 70% in 2023. They managed to push into the Top 5 or 10 in all the most important Keywords for our industry ( and I am not talking about PPC adverts here)! I love the monthly reports we receive that contain incredibly useful information about our website vitals, the work that has been done the previous month and the work that will be done in the upcoming months. Considering the great work they have done in SEO we decided to start PPC campaigns with Carrie-Ann, as it was the right time to link paid campaigns and organic searches. Another great experience here with Zac always looking after us and being incredibly responsive to all our requests. We are now in the final process of creating a new landing page for one of our clients and I personally worked with David on this project which has run smoothly so far! Like Zac, David has been incredibly responsive to any of my requests, we had several calls to review the LP and we are pretty much ready to finalise it.
