Working with Carter Jonas on the sale of our home was a genuinely positive experience. Ed was exceptional from start to finish — always available to take a call, answer questions, and provide reassurance whenever needed.

Selling a home can be stressful, and I was naturally a little anxious at times, but Ed’s calm, patient and supportive approach made all the difference. He kept us well informed throughout and was consistently professional and proactive.

What really stood out was the support he offered not only with our sale, but also with our onward purchase (through another agent). That extra level of care did not go unnoticed.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carter Jonas to others. In fact, I was genuinely sad to say goodbye at the end of the process — which probably says it all.

Helpful and good communication

Julia Wilson handled a complex and often fraught selling and buying situation with a calm and steady hand. We felt well supported throughout. She was the ultimate professional who made a very stressfull period in our lives much easier than it might otherwise have been and I have no hesitation in applauding her quiet and assured professionalism.

Expecting contract to start beginning of April but started beginning of may without our approval.
