Great customer service
Unfortunately my automatic icord knitter was faulty so emailed customer support and Regina was absolutely fantastic about arranging a replacement - received it in less than 2 weeks.
However, the replacement unit was then also faulty. I wasn’t able to receive a replacement for that one as silly me threw the first one out so wasn’t able to verify the fault. Luckily Regina was super patient and we came to a compromise and received a discount on a new unit instead. Super helpful and great customer service, just wish the machines hadn’t been faulty!
