i never recommend this dental practice to anyone
it took 3 months to visit this practice for a dental treatment but ended up with wrong diagnoses, wrong treatment, costing me over £2000, they refuse to acknowledge that they failed professionally and haven't reimbursed the money so that I could continue with the treatment elsewhere without being out of pocket. I have found them unprofessional and incompetent.

I absolutely love my new tooth—it feels natural, looks great, and I can eat comfortably again without any issues. Highly recommend!

I recently had full mouth dental implants completed by Dr Kushal Gadhia at Centre of Dental Excellence and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
From the initial consultation through to the final stage of treatment, everything was explained clearly and handled with professionalism and care. Dr Gadhia made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
The results have exceeded my expectations. My smile looks fantastic, my teeth feel natural, and I can eat and speak with complete confidence again. It has truly been life-changing.

Only focus on money no concern for patient tooth. Avoid them at any cost
Avoid them at any cost. Everyone there is trained to fetch money including dentists, specialist, receptionist.
I was referred there to take their opinions and They just found an opportunity to book as many appointment as they can. First appointment for consultation with most expensive one and made a bill for RCT almost GBP 4500 and when I decided to go for extraction, everyone from the facility jumped to save my tooth and don't go for extracton. They made up complex issue on the fly.
When asked for extraction precaution, they booked another consultation appointment with specialist and keep pushing the patient for such thing even before the actual treatment. I paid GBP 300 for no treatment at all.
Even if I call them now, the receptionist first question would be - Do you wanna save the tooth or not?
Just avoid them, they are so bad and I had to run away since I lost hope in such money fetching dental surgery and They don't understand that they don't need to scare the patient for their business. I went there to get best advice/treatment but no luck.

Good clinical treatment nice staff, poor billing practice
Good clinical treatment nice staff. Payment requests weeks ahead of treatment is not for the patients’ benefit. If they are concerned about no
shows they should take credit card details four weeks ahead and charge the card if patients fail to attend.

We appreciate your feedback regarding prepayment and this has been fed back to management. Unfortunately not all patients value our clinican’s time like you do and missed appointments is a huge issue throughout healthcare. The reason we can’t action your suggested method is for fraud prevention, as we prefer not to store any card payment details in our databases. Also, when we have trialled a period of no prepayments, we had an increase in patients not turning up by 50%.
I hope you can understand this is in the best interests of our patients. However, by taking prepayments we still offer refunds in terms with our cancellation policy.

The pre consultation, actual procedure for bone grafting and post procedure follow up were highest level of professionalism. Staff to patient ratio was impressive and experienced what is a very well oiled dental practice.

Super disappointed. They invented a lot of problems with my teeth so that they justify additional treatments. I luckily got a second and third opinion and turns out the problems were completely fictitious. Stay away!

I had the beginning of periodontitis and my dentist recommended and referred me to this clinic where I can say they are professionals, very kind and they explained the whole process very well in my understanding, both in periodontitis and what followed after, the hygiene that I do every 3 months. Everything is going very well and I got rid of bleeding gums. I recommend with the greatest confidence.

Service should be in line with the charges administered! Not a good first impression that makes me walk away I am afraid.

I recently visited Centre of Dental Excellence and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Botox with Dr Shivane
Dr Shivane is just incredible for Botox. I’ve been to other practitioners in the past but by far have had the best results by Dr Shivane. She listened to what I was looking for and was so gentle during the procedure. I can’t recommend enough!!
