Quick and easy to use

Great quote, easy set up of new policy, contacted quickly after online application

They took 4 payments of £190.85. Instead of just 1.2 payments taken on the 13th may then 2 payments on the 14th may. Can someone tell me why? Which i then had to the running around to get refunded. Which i still havent got yet.

Mateo was very helpful indeed and pleasant and explained everything to me very clearly.

I would have given them NO stars but not an option!
Telephone answering system is abysmal, round and round and then they end the call and dump you out, automatically! No option to press to talk to a real person. If you don't want to wait and have a call back it says enter your phone number and press #. I did this, it went round and round and nothing. No acknowledgement or anything. I eventually got through on a different number and told them to cancel my policy and send me an email to confirm and confirm I would receive a full refund. They said yes, but then sent me 3 emails with a different new Policy number saying 'thank you for insuring your caravan with us'! Absolute cowboys. These are without doubt the most awful company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Worse than Energy Companies and that is saying something! Avoid.

CETA insurance are a complete waist of time I have asked for my insurance policy 8 times nobody can help online chat for hours saying we will send you a email and nothing 2 weeks for a renewal still I have not received any information complete nightmare is a company avoid

Further to my notice two days ago, I still have not been repaid the full amount! Definitely don't use these people even if they are the cheapest!
I did not want to renew with CETA as I got a much lower quote. However they took money from my account! I asked for it back and despite them saying I would be reimbursed in 3 - 5 days it took 11 and I still didn't get it all back at once. I will never use them again and steer everyone I know away from them.

REally easy to work through the questions and the quotes were provided really quickly

Cancelled a caravan policy due to sale
Told adviser to cancel policy as all there policies auto renew .
10 weeks later money taken out of bank
Rang and was told they could see my mid cancellation but they sent an auto renew and I accepted ? Absolute pack of lies useless company based in South Africa god forbid if you actually needed to claim .
