I have used cowshed products for years now and absolutely adore them. The stretch mark balm and illuminating serum are my two favourites.
The customer care team are so great, I needed to update my address, as inputted incorrectly and they replied so quickly and sorted it out for me.

Great brand but the delivery process is shocking. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for one item and still have no idea when it will arrive as Evri is not update. I’ve contacted customer service several times and they don’t seem to know any better. I will never order from this company again.

Just as a follow up to my review Monday afternoon. I received my parcel on Tuesday 5 days late. Evri sorted their backlog & found my parcel! Then finally, cue a raft of replies from Cowshed after my parcel is delivered. To be fair to them, it does appear their customer support email system was inundated last week and now they've caught up. I have received great customer service and a suggested solution I have accepted for the hassle experienced. I'm very grateful to Cowshed for finally acknowledging there was a problem & restoring my trust in them. They do make spectacular products so please buy from them. They just need to review their response times to emails or reinstate a telephone helpline so customers can reach out more effectively! Thanks Cowshed!

I recently ordered a birthday gift for my daughter online and contacted Cowshed to try to ensure it was delivered on time (I may have left things a little late) I received a very prompt reply from Laura who explained that though they didn’t have a nominated delivery date option she would ensure that as soon as I sent the order she’d get it to the warehouse to ship as quickly as possible. That’s exactly what happened and the gift arrived on time. Impressive that Laura took ownership of the problem and followed up a couple of times. Well done to her!

Laura, part of the online Cowshed team helped solve my issue with a damaged delivery - she went over and above to expedite the replacement order so I got it in time for mother's day.

I live a busy life and took a day off work to have a massage - only to turn up (after being stuck in 40 mins traffic) to find out they booked me with the wrong therapist. I was a regular customer before this event. The girl at the desk was rude and offended that I wanted the therapist I booked with. No apology, no solution. I rang and spoke to the manager for almost 30 mins, whilst I got an apology, so solution was offered. Wasted my time!! So unprofessional. Never again - now I stick to high-end spas who actually charge the same.
Food and staff were very helpful and friendly also fast service, sure to be a guest next time I'm in the city

A big thank you to Carol at Cowshed, although not Cowsheds fault, a certain well known courier dismally failed on delivering even close to the expected date, so missed on a present being on time, things can sometimes go wrong, but it's the way in which this is then acknowledged and resolved. Carol did this and saved the day.

Thank you to Laura who resolved my issue very quickly! I had an expired gift card from Covid and she was kindly able to extend it by a few months so I could redeem it and not lose it. All resolved within a few days. Great service!
Ordered a few Winter candles to stock up on my favourite variety but unable to apply discount/free candle offer to my order. Contacted Hannah who kindly applied the discount and sent the free candle to me right away - great service !
Terrible customer service. I ordered december 24 and after a month still not received anything. Send a email to customer service and only got an email that they would contact the warehouse and that the package received the Netherlands. “Once the warehouse” would response I would get another mail. Since then not heard anything and no answer to my mails. They don’t have customer service by phone because they state it’s too busy. If they would excerly send the orders or fix problems customer service wouldn’t be so busy. Like the products but the webshop and customer service is below par
Had misplaced a gift card due to a very long (and stressful) house renovation. Once I’d found it i realised it had expired. I emailed customer services and Laura was quick to respond, understanding and was super helpful! Can’t recommend her enough. Very nice and empathetic customer service.
