Paula has done a great job helping me with the move of my car. From the beginning she was transparent with the low bid and help me find a truck and negotiated a price that was acceptable to me. The move was flawless as she kept me up to date with when the pick up was. The driver was excellent as he communicated with me the eta. While I was concerned at first, because it seemed so simple, and the informal text messages made communication, almost beyond easy, I was very happy to have a smooth moving process thanks to Derek Hicks, who always made sure to communicate and help me in a moments notice. The only criticism I honestly have, is it was so easy it seemed fake, but was entirely real and I am beyond satisfied! Highly recommend to anyone without reservation.
