Winner!!! Used them twice for trips between California and East Coast cities. Will not even bother with getting quotes from others. Worked with Tina who provided competitive price and great communication throughout process with date options and such. Safe, reliable and stress free. Shipping a car cross country can be stressful especially with everything else going on. However Crystal at least takes the worry about your car away. They are legit and trustworthy operation!!!

I was a bit skeptical when finding a transportation company and googled and found Crystal car . Called in and got quote and for proper follow ups . Once I decided to get on with the deal they were not only professional but extremely caring for me and my property . The driver was extremely nice and easy to work with . The company kept me in the loop as the car was on its way . The timeline was shorter than the expected and I was surprised . The driver dropped the car at the door and then we paid off the balance . The car arrived perfect condition ahead of schedule and after I even got follow up from the company . I couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend more as it’s not something easy to do and find when trusting your property to a company . Next time I need I’ll most definitely use them again . For me it was a 5 star rating for sure and hope others have the similar experience I did .

I recently moved from Massachusetts to Florida and i’ll be honest i was very apprehensive and felt like i couldn’t trust anyone. Im not new to having cars transported as I've done it plenty of times but its been used cars I’ve bought at auction and I hadn’t put my personal touches on them yet and had no love and attachment yet but these cars are different. Anyways i gotta say Crystal Transportation and their star Michael Houston changed all that. I’ll be honest dealing with me isn’t easy as I'm super picky particular, i ask a lot of questions and I'm cynical but Michael had all the right answers and had a great deal of patience….honestly I'm surprised he didn’t say listen sir I'm all set why don’t you call another company. Michael was very patient, very respectful very understanding and very helpful from beginning to end.

As far as the actual service they contracted a great transport company with an outstanding driver, i wish I could mention them but i dont think i can since Crystal is a broker if you will so their not gonna want someone reading this and bypassing them and calling the transport Company. Anyway the truck driver that actually transported my cars took the time to unload everything he was carrying just to position my two cars somewhere on his truck that they would have to be unloaded and repositioned anywhere between Massachusetts and Florida (shout out to Rodrigo) Seamless transport all the way and delivered right to my door!
