Avoid at all costs
We had a horrible experience with Crystal. They selected a carrier company that had a known problematic reputation. The carrier picked up the car, but instead of delivering it to the agreed-upon destination, the carrier instead delivered the car to a storage lot more than 5 miles away and would not disclose the location until we paid them. Ultimately we were advised by Crystal to get the police involved to retrieve our car. Despite this experience, Crystal refused any discount or refund of our money.

After months of looking and actually booking with someone else. I believe I made the best choice by switching to Crystal car shipping. They are afterburner and fast and thanks to Derek he helped set up my appointment and get my car home.

I talked to a lot of places before choosing Crystal, and I chose well because my experience could not have been smoother. Once I gave Crystal the go-ahead, they had a driver by the next morning. The price was $50 more than the quote, but even that was still in the lower middle of all the quotes I had gotten. (I was expecting the price to go up a little based on everything I had read about car transport online, so this was already factored into my budget. I probably could have waited for a driver to match the initial bid, but I was getting instant, overnight delivery so I felt the price was more than fair.)

The car showed up the very next day as promised after a 660 mile trip! And it showed up at exactly the time it was promised. Even better, there were only three cars on a single-level trailer, so no oil or anything dripped onto my car.

The driver was a very kind man, who kept me completely in the loop with his ETA.

So yeah, my experience with Crystal was literally perfect. Nothing could have been better!

I had a great experience working the Derek Hicks! They exceeded my expectations. Derek communicated with me on every step of the process. Everything we agreed on turned out to be exactly that (no surprise's!).

Christopher did a great job on keeping me updated. Unfortunately my shipping date and costs changed due to a driver having to cancel his delivery of vehicles due to a family emergency.
Despite all that , Christopher stayed on top of things. Will use Crystal Shipping again in the future and hope to get to deal with Christopher again.
