I sent out an installation question by email thinking I wouldn’t hear back for at least 24-48 hours. I received a response within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Zookaware for their support as well as their product!

Zookaware support was excellent
Zookaware support was excellent! I asked for a discount and received it. They also offered me a week free based on my situation. Plus support removed my old subscription. Anytime I work with Zookaware support they are courteous and helpful!!
I love Zookaware because it removes the files not needed and repairs defragmented files! You can't go wrong with Zookaware!

I WAS BILLED TWICE
I was billed twice, again, but I didn't realize I had two subscriptions running concurrently when I only needed one! I cancelled one of them but I still showed a charge on my credit card. Oliver at Zooka support refunded the amount to my account that same day! Also, I use 2 laptops and it was as if Oliver read my mind, sent me my code to unlock Zooka on my other machine too, without my having to ask. So my experience with Zooka support was outstanding thanks to Oliver.

had issues with renewing my Zookaware Pro. Contacted customer support and left a message That I needed help. Expected to have to wait a long time to hear back. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a return phone call from Oliver in customer support. He spent several minutes and tried many different things before finally finding the issue and solving the problem. I couldn't ask for a better support experience and would highly recommend both the software and the outstanding customer support I received from Oliver. I wish all support had great personnel like him.

Hi Nemesio, After reading your review I followed up on our email conversation from last week asking for a report from your computer so we can look into why the scan is starting slow. I thought when you said the new version is running faster everything was going great for you so I apologize that I didn't get this solved to your satisfaction. The scan normally starts immediately so we definitely want to find out why it's not on your computer.

Had a bad experience with Customer…
Had a bad experience with Customer Service, but the owner of Zookaware intervened and wrote me a very nice long email that was intelligent and helpful to clear up the issue. I've always liked the software and want to continue to use it--does a good job and is quick. All better now...

You tried to charge me 39.95 for my renewed subscription, when the current price was 29.95 I would not have caught the over charge if it was not for a glitch in the installation link.
You online support rep was good and refunded the over charge and sent the correct link.
Like you product, but get your billing straight.

Since 2004 we sold our software for $29.95 for one computer and $10 for each additional computer per year. I decided to lower our pricing to $29.95 for 5 computers to offer more value to our customers at a lower price. When I decided to lower our pricing I never imagined this would result in anyone being upset or any bad reviews so I’m sorry for any frustration or lack of foresight on my part.
Since the reseller you purchased your subscription through does not allow us to change the pricing on a subscription after you sign up (whether we raise or lower our pricing your yearly subscription fee remains set at the price you signed up at) we previously added 4 computers for free to your subscription before you ever contacted us.
Your $39.95 subscription for 2 computers that you were paying yearly for since 2014 was upgraded to a 6 computer subscription for free in 2020!
When you emailed our support department about this on September 1, 2020 we explained the addition of the 4 free computers to your subscription, the inability to change the subscription pricing through our reseller, we proactively offered to refund/cancel your existing 6 computer subscription so you could sign up at our $29.95 price for 5 computers if you preferred that option and responded to your email with all that great information within 13 minutes.
I’m happy this lower pricing worked better for you as I see you decided to take advantage of our offer to refund/cancel your previous subscription which was completed and responded to on September 1, 2020 within 7 minutes of receiving your email requesting the refund/cancellation.
I’m excited that you love our product and support so much that you purchased a new ZookaWare Pro subscription at our lowered $29.95 pricing for 5 computers on September 5, 2020 after confirming you received your refund to your credit card for your previous $39.95 yearly subscription.
The entire ZookaWare team appreciates you continuing to be a valued ZookaWare subscriber since 2014! We’re here daily to quickly solve any question for you in the future!
