Got our first Doggy Treat Box today.. GENEROUS quantity, AMAZING quality... I am so pleased that I subscribed and would 100% recommend any other pup parents to do the same!

The treats are a good size and quantity. The boxes are well presented and my dog loves to select his treat from his box.
This box is FILLED with tons of delicious treats that my dog loves.

I’ve paid for boxes that’s I’ve not received. Trying emailing the company, and a fb messenger to no avail. Was really good product, now feels like I’m being scammed out of my hard earned money.

The service is unreliable. It does not always arrive when expected. And this month I have paid for a box that I have not received.

Another payment taken with no delivery of goods. Website down and impossible to contact. Just keep having to dispute through credit card to be reimbursed.

Not had a delivery turn up for last few months yet they still take my money. Tried to email the company but email got returned. Tried the website, clicked on cantact us but comes up as error. I'm paying for a product which isn't even turning up. I've now canceled my payments to this company and will have to look elsewhere for something similar.

This is the 3rd box now that hasn't arrived. No reply to emails, not answering the phone. No idea what's going on since its been a great service up to February. Been a nightmare trying to cancel the reoccurring payment. £140 down. Would really appreciate some answers.

I have not recived my last 2 boxes that they took payment for and the website no longer exists and they dont replay to calls, email or facebook messages after being with them for nearly 3 years

They are 100% natural, arrived in time and amazing value. I will definitely continue my subscription.

Have sent numerous emails asking why they have continued to take payment (now nearly £100 in total) when I cancelled my order last year. No response. No response to mobile phone number on website either. Would really appreciate an explanation and a refund.

Hadn't received my box after a break so spoke to them and sadly learnt that the company is folding. Such a shame. Got my money back quickly. Wishing them well for the future.

Took 1st order money from my Mothers account then took money again less than 3 weeks later with the first box not having been delivered yet so x2 boxes paid for within 3 weeks and still no box at all delivered

I paid for a premium box with 2 deluxe chews. After I had taken out the 2 deluxe items which were a pigs trotter and turkey foot, I was left with a box which was at best a quarter full. I felt a little bit disappointed, so would not opt for the super premium box again.
