I ordered 12 doors I was a bit wary as usually prefer to physically see them before purchasing. The doors turned up on time and were of excellent quality. The only thing I would say you are told to inspect upon delivery but they were just dropped off on a pallet so didn't have chance to check them over. There was a slight mark on 1 of them but used that one the inside of door for under the stairs. Would of been a five star other than that.

Unhappy with the quality if 2doors and Customer Servise

I recently purchased 6 doors (Déanta White Blenheim Fire Door), 6 frames, 6 architrave and all the skirting for my home renovation from Doorphoria.
At first, I was extremely happy when everything arrived, the doors looked beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The packaging left some sticky residue on the products, but it seemed manageable and we planned to clean it later.
Unfortunately, once we removed the all packaging completely, we discovered serious issues.
Two of the doors were cracked at the top left corner, and on another door a small piece actually came off as soon as we unpacked it. These problems were visible immediately and clearly not caused during installation, as the damaged doors were still sitting untouched about a meter away from where the delivery driver left them.
We had already booked and paid for two installers, so we had no choice but to go ahead with the installation(without handles) I contacted customer service and spoke with Cassie, but instead of helping, I felt blamed. She suggested that the damage happened after delivery, which is impossible based on where the doors were left and the condition they were in when we first opened the packages. The cracks look like manufacturing defects, yet we received no real support or solution.
We spent over £2,000, and now I’m left with a cracked entrance door that everyone notices as soon as they walk in. I managed to repair one of the damaged doors myself, but the one at the entrance is impossible to ignore, unfortunately, friends and family point it out immediately.
At this point, I will have to buy another door because I can’t keep seeing the cracked one every time I enter my own home. I’m extremely disappointed with the product quality and the lack of customer support.

Sorry but I cannot recommend this company customer service based on my experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review, and I’m truly sorry to hear how disappointed you’ve felt. I completely understand how stressful renovations can be, and how important it is for everything to look perfect in a newly finished home.

I would like to provide some clarity for anyone reading, as only part of the situation has been reflected here.

We received your reply to our last email only last week, after a delay of over two weeks, during which you kindly explained, “I’m sorry for my delayed response, I was away.” As the matter is still ongoing with the manufacturer and we are awaiting their final written response, we were a little surprised to see a public review before we were able to present the full outcome.

From your very first message, you were incredibly complimentary about the products. You wrote: “The doors are absolutely beautiful.” In your review you also said: “I was extremely happy when everything arrived, the doors looked beautiful and exactly what we wanted.” Because of this, it is disheartening to now see the situation described as poor product quality, particularly as four of the six doors — delivered in identical packaging — were installed without any issues.

For transparency, when you contacted us on 24th October, we immediately asked for photos of the damage before installation, so we could raise the matter formally. The next message we received was on 30th October, when you wrote:
“My husband has already installed the doors with the door installer… one of the doors might be improved with some filler.”
This meant we did not have the opportunity to assess the doors while still packaged or before being handled, which is essential for evidencing transport or manufacturing issues.

The photos we received showed the affected doors fully unwrapped, moved and handled on site, with visible black hand marks at both ends of the doors, as well as scuffs, chips and dents to the corners and edges. These indicators are consistent with on-site handling rather than a manufacturing defect. It’s also important to note that none of these concerns were reported at the time of unpacking.

This aligns with the manufacturer’s assessment based on the images provided.

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, any marks or damage to the edges or faces must be reported at the time of delivery and before installation, during the initial inspection once packaging is removed. This process is designed to protect customers by allowing us to raise a claim immediately if something has arrived damaged.

It may also be helpful to clarify that the doors supplied are primed, meaning they must receive a final finish after installation to meet the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. These requirements are set out by the factory and repeated in our T&Cs and order confirmations. From the photos, the doors appear to have been installed without a final finish, which places them outside standard warranty conditions.

Even with these limitations, we have done our best to support you in every way that is fair and reasonable.

I genuinely understand how upsetting it is when something doesn’t look perfect, especially in such a focal point of your home. Please be assured that we have never dismissed your concerns — we have simply followed the industry process required to review and resolve such issues fairly, based on the information we are given.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. Unfortunately our door was delivered to the billing address not the shipping address. Spoke to Cassey who was very helpful and managed to arrange a pick up from the address to be delivered correct address.
