I wrote to Customer Care and waiting for reply.

I still did not receive my parcel but it's a fault of Fasway couriers, which is the worst service I've ever have. They ignore all my messages and communications from the sender .
Customer Care Duifhuizen bags&travel is excellent: we are in touch on daily basis and they do everything to organize delivery.
It's a pity that I cant buy my favorite brand Gigi Fratelli bags in Ireland.
I really appreciate Customer Care Duifhuizen bags&trave effort.

Sorry to see the package still was not delivered yet! Off course we will check it out and inform you by e-mail what is going on. When the courier says something else then what they do, we cannot be held responsible, but off course we assist as best we can. I am calling our shipping partner PostNL to ask if they can see what the courier Yodel is doing.

We first saw this shopping trolley in the U.K. Several weeks ago , my wife just recently decided to buy one but unfortunately could not find it again in the uk , my daughter who is living in Germany found the trolley on this site in the Netherlands , although this particular trolley was not on there online store at the time , the company were good enough to put it on the online shop for me to buy in the uk , if arrived in the uk and would have been with me in about 4 days , but was unfortunately held up by British customs for 7 days , the trolley arrived in good condition, I have no problem in recommending this company as I found them to be very helpful and committed to customer service , plus the product is very good .

I was very satisfied with my Duifhuizen experience. The service was excellent. I received my luggage a little later than the shipping site estimate. However when I contacted Duifhuizen customer service to inquire, they were very responsive and attentive. I never had a worry, would use them again without hesitation. Thank you!
