I have been using Edge for many years now and they are always helpful, professional, and have what I need. The staff are all lovely even Old Ian and his dodgy arm and to top it off they have a young John Snow ( Kit Harrington ) from game of Thrones working there and its always good talking Dragons and white walkers with him.

Despite a 5 week lead in time
Despite a 5 week lead in time, for a bifold door and window ordered, on the day of the arrival, the window was missing, and after my enquiry was told it was not added to the manufacturer's list so not available, the bi fold door frame was scratched, from the manufacturer, and one pane of glass was smashed in transit, so all in all a totally unsatisfactory experience, I won't be using them again.

As your bifold doors and window were manufactured to your specific requirements, they were produced on a made-to-order basis, which is why the lead time applied. However, we fully appreciate that this does not excuse the issues you encountered upon delivery and can only extend our sincere apologies once again.
Our Bespoke Team have been working closely with both the manufacturer and our operations team to arrange corrective action as quickly as possible.

After a quick conversation on the phone I ordered online and had the materials delivered next day. Great service and very pleasant people to deal with. Definitely will be using this services again.

In these times, it’s very rare to find customer service like you get from Edge BP, I have used them from virtually day one when they opened in Horsham.
Always had great rapport with their friendly staff, no problems with stock, delivery or customer attitude.
My latest order was placed with Lindsay before 2.30pm and ‘hey presto’ arrived early next morning !
If you are looking for a plastic products supplier that is reliable and appears in my experience to have great stock and ‘easy to talk to’ staff, look no further 10/10
