First-class, cost-effective surveying
After comparing surveyors for a Party Wall Condition report, EPW was the clear choice. Tom responded to my request swiftly and efficiently. His email response provided clear information on the way forward, as well as fixed quotes for the work involved. The quote was very keenly priced but in no way compromised quality. Communications throughout were professional and timely. Tom showed up on time and was courteous and friendly - as expected from his emails. The finished report was comprehensive and gave us full confidence in giving the go ahead for loft conversion works next door. We have no hesitation in recommending Tom or EPW - great work delivered at very competitive cost. Refreshing, especially in the current economic climate.

Tom was great.
Tom was great! Our party wall process took longer than expected as our initial application was refused only for it to be approved on the second submission. Tom was very patient throughout, taking time to explain the party wall process in detail, as well as offering multiple options for us to explore as needed at the time. Most importantly, Tom was very efficient, working closely with the other surveyors to get the awards over the line in time for us to start the works without delay. Thank you Tom!

Couldn't ask for a better surveyor
Tom was very helpful in dealing with our party wall nightmare, always friendly and available to steady the ship and guide us through the process. If only everyone was this efficient
We had excellent service from Tom at EPW and what an efficient service this was, he was our agreed surveyor for our party wall award and his expedited service kept our loft project on track despite it initially being remembered once the scaffolding had gone up ! We Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend .
