Excellent Software
I have been using ESET almost since it began as Nod32 in 1992. It has a performed flawlessly for me and I have never experienced any problems as a result. Would highly recommend.

The overall experience was very good
The overall experience was very good, navigating through the installation was a bit tricky, the fact that the program was a set and forget is fantastic, the idea of being able to choose when i renew the subscription is a major plus.

ESET have earned my trust in the security market. I've been using it since windows 95 when Norton was a major player, but ESET did it better.
Lighter on resources, far better ui and honest goals.
I was devastated when you dropped password manager but I can't find anything better. Pricing and promotions are a bit cold/ruthless.

Ilike that I can renew, and everything is updated on my devices for me. Your system is reliable, and I receive notifications if it has picked up on anything on my phone or computer.

I have been using Eset for many years…~15 years
I have been using Eset for many years (more that 15 years I think) and over that period I HAVE NEVER had any virus infect my computers so what more can I ask. And a lot of my friends during that period have had problems with viruses.

I did not have ESET before my computer…
I did not have ESET before my computer crashed a couple of years ago. The company which fixed my problems also put ESET in my system and I have no desire to have otherwise. I am perfectly happy to go with what I now have.

Finding my account
Your invitation to comment was succinct and easily read.
I went to my account to find an invoice but instead found a clumsy, cluttered and densely worded pages that would often take me around a circle.
It told me that my security device was extended for a number of years but did not offer a payment method.
I have used ESET for a number of years but the latest support pages I found unhelpful.
Thank goodness your software works but I would still like to pay.
