Went flawless from start to finish. Good product, very happy with this.

This is without doubt a scam. Wrong information given. Initially wrong product delivered. Assured me correct product had been despatched and delivered without any proof and not surprisingly, no it hasn’t.
Offered a $2 refund against a $60 purchase.
These people are thieves and to be avoided at all costs.

Scam company do not use,
You will not get what you ordered, and will waste your time with automated emails offering $12 refunds on $60 purchases.

I never receive my order I been asking for refund but they are not replying. Never ever trust and buy from this company it's a complete scam.

Há quase um mês a aguardar a minha encomenda e nem o número de rastreio me enviam, apesar de eu o ter solicitado várias vezes. Imputam responsabilidade à transportadora. Se já está na transportadora porque é que não me enviam o código de rastreio?

I strongly advise against purchasing from essenarctice.com. My experience with this website has been extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. I ordered two T-shirts in XL size, but what I received was completely different in size and quality—far from what was advertised.

When I contacted their customer service, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of offering a proper exchange or refund, they offered a mere $10 compensation for a $50 purchase, which is unacceptable and insulting to any reasonable customer.

I bought 2 shirst that supossed to be breathable and elastic like the model that was showing on their facebook video. I received the goods, but the quality was very poor and cheap, and they were chinese sizes. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

FRAUDS!! GUYS, saw the add on facebook seling nice shirts. Never get any tracking number, never came anything, it's been a month now. Never I am going to see my money back. They are lying in the emails. Please avoid this frauds don't buy anything, you will loose money in a second.

I placed an order for a smart HK projector, $67 was debited from my bank account by them but never receive the item;there is no customer care number moreso they don't respond to my email.I strongly believe that I have been scammed, whenever I track it via the link they sent mw;the usual message I get is 'your order is in preparation'.Please,don't patronise ESSENARCTICE;you will be conned if you do.

Hello! I ordered an item 4 pcs NISSAN, but received absolutely another stickers. Is that some joke ?

Do not order from these people, I ordered one thing and received something totally different and get this, to return it and put right their mistake they wanted me to pay the shipping costs back to China. I have had a look on Uk review sites and yes Apparently this company is renowned for this type of tactic just to get you to keep something that you didn’t order and have no use for. They were how ever very generous and offered me $2 in compensation as long as I keep the GOODS THEY MISS SENT. won’t tell you what they sent but I would probably get £2 back if I tried to sell them on. Still haven’t stopped laughing, Just avoid at all costs and never trust what they tell you. £30 down the drain.

Been looking for this type of shoe to take my overall outfit to the next level. It worked, not too casual like wearing tennis shoes.

My 7 year old likes to complain about every single shoe... "its too tight", "my feet hurt", "my feet are getting sweaty". If this sounds your child too hit that purchase button! I have not heard her complain one bit, even wearing it through a Florida Summer at Disney.
