Created since 2020 by a group of young Designers and Entrepreneurs from Vietnam. We have created thousands of creative personalized products and have been serving hundreds of thousands of customers around the world, helping them have an unforgettable Anniversary and Wedding, ever!

I loved it, relieved package late
I loved the product. It's absolutely amazing and you guys did an awesome job. What I have an issue with was getting it on time. I ordered it paid for express shipping and I received it weeks later past when it was due to arrive. Im not even sure if I would have gotten it if I didn't put in a ticket

Delayed and still not changed
The item was delayed because I asked to see a proof. Then I asked to have the name of the band added under the song title since I was already going to be late. Then the package was delayed even further and no change was ever made. I received 3 notifications that the item shipped before it ever shipped. Your customer service is very misleading and communication is poor

Was very excited for this order as it was a gift for my wife for Mothers Day. Well that excitement has turned to frustration and aggravation not only will this order not arrive on time as I've received multiple emails over the course of a week saying my order shipped. However when I track my order it says yet to ship. I've made a ticket and sent numerous emails and got one response saying it has shipped but a tracking number was not provided. Having read the reviews I have little faith that my order will arrive anytime soon and if it does it will be damaged or not up to standards as some of these emails are a few yrs old it seems little has improved.
