Created since 2020 by a group of young Designers and Entrepreneurs from Vietnam. We have created thousands of creative personalized products and have been serving hundreds of thousands of customers around the world, helping them have an unforgettable Anniversary and Wedding, ever!

Would have been a 5 star review
The idea is a grand slam and actually brought tears to my wife’s eyes; however, due to poor packaging my canvas was damaged upon receipt. I wish FamiPrints the best and would definitely recommend an increase in packaging protection on their future shipments to customers.

FamiPrints Working it Out
So far I'm not impressed with FamiPrints. I paid over $100 with Expedited Shipping on 4/21. It's now 5/1 and I've sent about 6 emails, opened 4 tickets, and not a single response. I want to know when I will reciev what I ordered and I'd like to be reimbursed for expedited shipping. I will update this review once I receive my product.
Update 5/7/24: I reached out the the FamiPrints team on 5/1/24 to say I no longer want the product. I was yet to hear from them at this time. I did hear from someone named David and I told him I do not want the product and to just keep it since it was still not marked as shipped and I was supposed to have it by then. I did receive the product on 5/6/24. The outer edges on the top and bottom are scuffed so the black ink now shows white where it looks like the canvas was dragged face down.

i have to show support and give prips. Customer service is top notch. Every time I had a concern, they contacted me within a timely matter and were able to resolve my concern right away. Once I received my product, I was very happy. I got this for my daughter and son in law as a wedding gift. I know they are going to love it because it's all about them and it's a one of a kind gift. It is designed by you with your pictures. This is the perfect gift for any person or people in your life that is just for them. I plan on ordering more in the future.

Great Customer Service
I ordered their song lyric custom picture and it arrived with some blemishes that happened during shipping. I reached out with pictures of the imperfections, and David reached out and apologized right away for the inconvenience. The team reprinted my picture, packed it with love and shipped it with no questions asked. The new picture arrived in perfect condition and my wife loves her Valentines gift. Fantastic Work
My experience with FamiPrints was AMAZING!! I ordered a frame for my neighbors anniversary and the first frame had some scratches on it, but once I emailed them David got back to me and sent a new frame. The outcome is marvelous and looks great. This makes a great gift and I can't wait to give it to them. I definitely will order another.

This place is a total scam and the reviews are a joke!!!
I paid over $100 for a gift for my husband over a month ago, even paid extra for priority shipping, these people take your money and send confirmation emails saying your item shipped when reality that is a lie. It's been weeks and I haven't received anything but the same email multiple times, there is no number to call or any kind of help, all of their emails are the same.

We received a large number of orders before Valentine's Day. The quantity overload could cause your package to arrive a bit later than the timeline. We will record your case and work with our carrier to improve our shipping service in the future.
We also saw that the tracking link shows "DELIVERED". Could you please confirm whether you received the package or not? If there is still a problem, please contact via our official email support@famiprints.com We are always willing to help.
Happy with Final Product
For starters, I would give this a 5 for quality of print product; and also customer service. However, I am giving it a 4 based on not receiving the correct order in the first place. I had to file a complaint with attached photos via email to customer service department. But, like their posted guarantee, they did come through and ultimately get it right and I am very happy with final product.

Great gift to cherish a memorable occasion
I made this as a gift for a friend who lost his mother. They are a music family and I wanted to give them something special that would stand the test of time and be something to cherish. The music looks like an album and it can be read for the meaning of the song, and the background has the dark look of a record but the music notes can be seen on it too. It was perfect for the occasion.
