The company contacted us directly as emails we had sent had not been received, they replaced the faulty item free of charge and everything was sorted within a week, could not ask for better customer service, which makes us so happy as we love to support local businesses. Thanks Frequency, this was a first class service!!

Great to support local business in Liverpool and can’t see us shopping anywhere else in the future. Bought 2 trackies for Christmas and they wash well and still look brand new.

These went above and beyond for me. Absolutely buzzing with them I ordered the wrong size for me little lad for his birthday and one quick email and they got it sorted for me the right size landed the next day just in time for his birthday. Thanks a bunch guys there’s a reason use are on the way up. I was expecting the coat on Friday
I was expecting the coat on Friday.
I waited in and received a text to say “as requested the delivery day has been changed to Monday”
I did not request this change as I needed the coat for Sunday for my daughter’s birthday & paid £7 for the expected delivery service.
It’s not the first time I had had trouble with this delivery service. Awful and unreliable.
