Bought a number of items over the past years for both child and adults and all been amazing quality.
We had a slight issue this week on a new top that had pull marks across the back, I contacted frequency, they replied promptly and offered to send a new top free of charge. Excellent customer service. Thanks

Great clothes fantastic quality and brilliant customer service response and solutions when my parcel went missing with DPD. They made it so easy unlike some other companies that let you do all the chasing. They sent out a new parcel the very next day. Can’t fault them at all!

Dpd is an absolute nightmare
Dpd is an absolute nightmare, really let me down with failed delivery attempts no proof of delivery waiting over a week for next day delivery. I get it's not frequency fault but won't be reordering until another courier take over deliveries.
Positive response regarding looking into alternative courier 👍

I cant recommend this brand enough. The quality of the gear is better than the bigger brands such as Nike, it’s unmatched!!

The sizing runs quite small and the fit isn’t great. Having to pay £5 for returns makes it even more disappointing especially when they don’t offer exchange so iv had to pay multiple returns
