Communication is your top asset from the beginning of the order. I received constant emails on the tracking since the item comes from Italy. It took exactly 5 weeks to receive it, as I got it yesterday, 5 weeks after my kitty died. The quality of the product is great! Stitched well, definitely leather!

Prompt alerts of the shipment progress were very helpful. But the time span was rather long!

Al realizar el pedido, no dejan claro ni la procedencia del envío, ni los días que tardará en entregarse en su destino y además resulta bastante complicada la utilización de la web de compra. En mi caso, me llevó al error de pedir el producto dos veces, hice la reclamación correspondiente y procedieron a la anulación y devolución del importe de forma inmediata.
La parte positiva, van informando periódicamente por los distintos países que viaja el paquete.

I ordered 2 leather messenger bags and received a confirmation from friendly.com showing $59.98, but on my credit card it showed a charge of $77.97 from Phoenixshop. I thought it odd at the time. I thought maybe there were shipping charges or something different. I received tracking numbers that were never found. I wrote customer support and they provided me a link that showed the product was in Anchorage for days, so again wrote status. They provided me a bogus delivery date and time on 4/4/26 and said the package had been delivered to my mailbox at 7:49pm. It was never delivered. I asked for a refund. They insisted it was delivered, so I reported them to Federal Trades Commission and disputed the charges with my credit card company. This company is a scam. BEWARE!!!!

Never received item: company says item delivered on a date that the tracking number showed it was still in customs clearance in US and 2 days later sent to US carrier....there is no way it could have been delivered on the date in between those 2 occurrences. We also have security cameras that never showed any activity on the date and time they said it was delivered.

I ordered garlic presses for stocking stuffers. They sent me a double order. They do not work. It's important to check reviews prior to ordering.

DID NOT DELIVER MY ORDER. I ORDER CAT SOCKS. The tracking number isn’t real. Their email is a fraud. The delivery history isn’t real either. DONT SHOP WITH THEM YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered two lighters for $50. The tracking says that they were delivered but I never received the package. I paid for the insurance. They are not shipping the lighters again and not issuing a refund. PayPal is also not helping. Both companies are terrible!

Ordered a month ago, no delivery, no tracking #, customer service pointed me to their shipping policy which is to expect delivery no earlier than 2 months, *friendlyk.com* now flagged as a scam.

Picked this up on sale and couldnt be happier with the sleek design and functionality. Its lightweight and ergonomic, making it easy to use anywhere. The price was reasonable for what you get. Definitely a solid choice for portable convenience.

I found this product very practical but could use a longer battery life for even greater convenience.

Purchased this nifty gadget and found it quite handy. Shipping took three weeks, which was a bit long, but its cost-effectiveness made up for it. Super practical.

What was delivered was nothing like what i ordered

100% scam what they advertise and what the deliver is not acceptable.
The jerseys are worse than rags yet we paid $360

BIGGEST SCAM EVER , terrible company terrible customer service, I ordered 30 polishing pads , first they snuck a 9 dollar "tax" after I clicked yes on PayPal, then they sent me 3 and marked my order filled , I contacted them they will not refund my money . DO NOT USE THIS CORRUPT COMPANY

Absolute scam. They didn’t deliver my order at all. There was an error on the delivery address shown and all they did was harass me and asked for more money. Not withstanding there’s no refund / return policy . DO NOT AT ALL TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY.
