Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The company failed to tell me the truth for 6 weeks while I waited for the order...they said it was in quality check, then functionality check, then processing check, then review check. I finally got them to respond and they told me that were out of units!! They did refund my purchase but that was not the point...it had to due with timing and they blew it.

I contacted Redge Fit Customer Service regarding a broken tension band.
Mira responded promptly, reviewed my problem, and took immediate steps towards resolution. She communicated throughout the entire process seeing it through each step including confirmation of delivery of replacement items. Exceptional customer service and standing behind the company's products.

They never delivered it. They sent me an email saying it was delivered. No tracking. I ordered 6 weeks ago.

Great Customer Support
So, I ordered the 240lb Redge Gym & it took a while before I got a tracking number. I contacted customer support (the ladies name was Mira) & she got back to me very quickly. She answered all of my questions & because it took a bit longer than it should have they sent me a few more bands free of charge!
I recommend this to anyone that wants a portable way to workout wherever you go!
