Amna is a Rockstar!

Had a slight issue with an order I placed. Items were out of stock but spoke with Amna and she substituted the two items and got it shipped right away. Also had another small thing with the app, she worked with me to get that solved as well.

I used apple pay on check out…

I used apple pay on check out and after payment was submitted I noticed my address was the wrong one not my current one. I reached out to Amna through email Amna corrected my address rest assured it was not going to my old address.

the/a "unbreakable' band broke after…

the/a "unbreakable' band broke after less than a Year of use. I contacted Redge fit customer service and they gave some exceptional customer service at that!!!!! A few back and forth e-mails but they took care of me. Wear and tare will happen but how is the customer taken care of is important. BUY the "lifetime warranty" for less then $20. It's worth it. Amna knows her stuff when it comes to customer service!!!

Redge Fit has been amazing to work with since I even began thinking about my order. Upon signing up for information and looking for a coupon offer, I received a text message from customer service immediately who helped guide me through my order and make sure I got the bundle that was right for me. Value was easy to find, as I got in during a 70% off sale. A few days later, my order arrived, and I was able to begin working out about 4 minutes later. That's how easy set-up was, and the quality of the equipment feels top notch. I did have 2 items from my bundle that were out of stock, so customer service again reached out to update me on the plan moving forward. They were completely open and transparent, and I got updates several times a week on the status of my order. HUGE shoutout to Amna for keeping me up to speed! I could not be more pleased with Redge Fit, and will be a repeat customer for sure once I max out my current equipment.

Updated: Great product... Customer service started out rocky but turned out ok

Great product. Amna from customer service is great.

Update: This Review ☝️ is Fake, and I have a strong feeling most of the reviews you read on trustpilot and wherever else, giving Amna prayers are fake too.

So here's the real review. The product itself is great, but the customer service turned out to be terrible. When I contacted them wondering what and where is the free bonus (that's mentioned in the package) when you download the app, a customer service rep who went by the name Amna replied back to me saying he or she would give me access to the app free of charge if I left them a good review. Which is what you see at the beginning of this review (which felt scammy btw). After doing so I would be given instructions on what to do when uploading the app. And if following the instructions didn't work, I would need to contact customer service again and provide them my email address and password and they would activate the app on their end. Well you guessed it, as expected, the instructions didn't work for activating the app and I contacted them. They asked for my email and I gave it to them... After that, they stopped communicating for the last 3 days now.

So for anybody who sees the free bonus or app or whatever in the packaging... It's not free and just assume to pay the subscription fee and be done with it. I personally have not used the app yet, so I'm not sure how good it is. But the customer service feels scammy so beware of that.

Another Update: Amna did reach out to me after I posted the last updated review and said they was closed on the weekends. She did give me access to the app. I honestly didn't expect a reply back and especially getting me access to the app. Definitely good on their end for making it right. I guess the only real criticism at this point is that they should be informing people that they will not be available on weekends. I'm sure that they have that disclaimer somewhere on the customer service section, but not everybody reads that. Also, I was not informed that leaving Amna a positive review was optional... Amna clearly stated .. leave me a positive review and upon completion I would get access. If I need to copy and paste the correspondence I will. I will certainly add a few more stars to this review now. Thanks for making it right.

Regarding your situation: Amna from our customer service team did offer you complimentary access to the app if you were willing to leave a positive review. This was simply a goodwill gesture, not a requirement. You were never forced to leave a review, and we clearly communicated that it was entirely your choice. Reviews can be changed or removed at any time, and there is nothing “scammy” about requesting honest feedback in exchange for a bonus we would have otherwise charged for.

Additionally, Amna did activate your app access on our end, and we sent a confirmation email with the instructions. It’s possible this email may not have reached your inbox, which could explain the confusion. We’ve been awaiting your response and are more than happy to resend the details and ensure your access is working properly.
