Lots of equipment. 24/7 open. The entire gym is extremely well-maintained—from the changing rooms to the machines. I appreciate how clean everything always is, even late at night. The modern layout and lighting make it feel premium. Very impressed with the overall atmosphere

Who the hell reads the terms and conditions, why don’t they make it clear before signing up , where they should NOT write it in the terms and conditions , instead something else that actually is readable , also terrible customer service , these guys don’t even know what they are talking about , terrible gym equipment too , they got the worst company for their equipment , also they don’t even bother actually replying normally to your review instead they just copy paste a script everytime , actual slops and hunters , greed is spilling out of their ears , like seriously who is going to pay 18k for the pt 😂

The best gym in UAE with friendly environment . Everyone at GymNation is nice and focused, which makes working out more inspiring. The atmosphere there is always positive. Their sessions, particularly HIIT and Hyrox, are very well-structured and motivate you to get better. Every instructor provides good enthusiasm and actual competence. Every time I come here to train, I look forward to it.

If I could give a lower rating, I definitely would.
I had an urgent medical issue and requested to cancel my membership according to their own policy, which clearly states a one-month notice period. I informed them within that period, expecting the cancellation to take effect accordingly.
However, they insisted on charging me for both January and February, which is completely unfair and unjustified. This is not only against the spirit of their policy, but also shows a total lack of flexibility or understanding.
On top of that, the staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of trying to assist or explain professionally, their attitude was dismissive and rude, basically saying “this is our policy and we will take the money anyway.”
Very disappointing experience.
Poor customer service, no empathy, and no respect for customers—especially in urgent health situations.
Worst decision choosing this place.

After request to freeze my membership and my wife’s membership they still charged us full amount and no way of ever contacting them, they won’t answer emails or phones.
They will only be quick to answer when you need to pay or need a membership, otherwise they treat you like sh*t

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.
I joined GymNation on the clear understanding that my commitment was for three months only, which I explicitly confirmed with the sales agent before signing. At no point was I informed that a 30-day notice period would extend the membership beyond the agreed three months.
I submitted my cancellation request before the end of the three-month period, yet I was later told the membership could not be cancelled and that additional payments and penalties would apply. This condition was not clearly explained at the point of sale, and subsequent responses were inconsistent and confusing.
The experience has been disappointing and felt misleading rather than transparent.
Reply: For clarity, my concern is not the existence of written terms, but the lack of transparency at the point of sale. Before signing up, I explicitly asked the sales agent whether the membership was limited to three months, and at no point was I informed that a mandatory 30-day notice period would extend the membership beyond that term.
Had this been clearly explained, I would have made a different decision. This omission is the core issue and is why the situation feels misleading rather than transparent.

Do not join this gym.. they will trap you in and you won't be able to ever cancel your membership unless you go to heaven. Impose travel ban, court cases and scammers calling you and emailing you all day to harness you.

I honestly regret signing up with GymNation. The customer service is terrible they only impose their point of view and do not listen to customers
They also make canceling the membership nearly impossible — forms & documents, hidden charges, and zero communication. What started as a “great deal” turned into a complete nightmare. Definitely not worth the stress or the money. I’d give zero stars if I could

I am honestly shocked by how badly GymNation treats its members. I tried to cancel my membership because I am not going anymore, and instead of helping me, they kept forcing me to pay and refusing to cancel.
It feels like they only care about money, not their customers. The staff made the whole process stressful and unhelpful, and it’s ridiculous that a gym makes it this hard to leave when someone clearly isn’t using the facility anymore.
I regret signing up here. There are so many gyms out there — do yourself a favor and choose one that actually respects its members and doesn’t trap you into paying for nothing

Please don’t join this gym; it’s one of the worst gyms I’ve ever dealt with, with ridiculous and misleading policies designed to trap you in a membership you can’t escape from.
When I first joined, the lady at the front desk clearly told me that cancelling was simple— “We’ll just deduct the current month’s charges, and that’s it.” However, when I later tried to cancel (just two months in) due to my busy schedule, I submitted a request through their app—only to receive an email stating that cancellations are not allowed unless they fit into one of three very specific reasons.
I’ve now been stuck paying for six months despite repeated attempts to cancel. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Their customer service is unhelpful, and their policies are designed to keep you locked in.
Save yourself the stress and stay away from this gym.

I’ve been a Gymnation member since 2018 and was always satisfied with their facilities and services.
Recently, I encountered an issue when I tried to close my account — the system showed an unexpected outstanding balance of 14,000 AED, which seemed to result from a duplicate account opened under my name. I never received any notification or communication about this account.
I visited the Al Quoz branch and provided all my payment records to clarify the situation. While the staff were polite, the issue couldn’t be resolved immediately .
I contacted Customer Rights Dubai, who reviewed my documents and communicated directly with Gymnation. The matter was resolved within two days — their efficiency was truly impressive .

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a significant billing issue with your accounting department. For the past month, I have been receiving emails demanding payment of AED 3,900 instead of the expected AED 270 for the period I did not attend the gym in 2023 during to the COVID-19 pandemic.
To clarify, I initially use the gym for three months, out of which I utilized two months before leaving the country for vacation. It is baffling and frustrating to receive such an exorbitant bill for the month I did not attend. This appears to be a clear case of overcharging.
Moreover, I must bring to your attention the unprofessional behavior I have experienced from your accounting department. Every day, I have been subjected to insulting and harassing messages, pressuring me to pay the inflated bill. This is unacceptable and has caused me considerable distress.
I strongly urge you to address this billing discrepancy immediately and rectify the amount to reflect the correct charge of AED270. Additionally, I request that your team ceases the harassment and adopts a more respectful and professional approach in their communications.
I have noticed that many people have voiced similar concerns about your billing practices on social media. This negative publicity is damaging to your reputation, and I believe it is in your best interest to resolve these issues promptly and fairly.
Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a resolution at your earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt response.

GymNation is by far the best gym I’ve ever joined! The facilities are spotless and equipped with top-of-the-line machines. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with tips or motivation. I love the variety of classes they offer, and the atmosphere is super motivating without being intimidating. The flexible opening hours are perfect for my busy schedule. If you’re serious about fitness or just starting out, GymNation is the place to be!
