Blitz has deteriorated to a very low quality due to the unwillingness of certain coaches to conduct the training sessions appropriately. To save time and quickly end the workout, they do not follow the workout plan as designed. Thereby undermining the essence of the workout and depriving members of optimal workout benefits. It feels like a waste of time!

Cheater. taking money on your card without your permission. I requested a link for payment for 1 month but it took 2 months for the cancellation notice.

They lie and cheat you, promised to open in August and presold membership but didn't open till end of October and refuse to refund or stop the membership.

Like many people here have highlighted, they're operating like a scam. Once you sign up, they're gonna deduct money from the card even if you dont go. There are no options to cancel the membership unless you give them the exact reasons that they have with evidence. Like what the hell? If i weant to stop a membership i should be able to. Its basic customer right!!
I tried calling multiple times and sending several emails for which they send a machine generated response every single time asking me to provide documentations as proof that i cant attend the gym.
It's a customers choice if ithey want to use the gym or not. You cant force us and dont give a damn and deduct money every single month without even having the courtesy to call up and check.
I have gone to their gym just once after the membership and due to my work schedule and stuff i couldnt. AND THEY HAVE SHAMELESSLY DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR 5 MONTHS!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
Pathetic customer service. The gym's good tho.

I guess I'm not a first person to write a bad review, and i believe Gymnation are use to it and no progress.
Anyways i have to write i can't take it anymore.
I had a very disappointing experience with GymNation's customer service, specifically regarding account cancellation and freezing requests. I initially reached out to cancel my membership, but my request was denied, requiring additional proof. My second request was to freeze the account, which unfortunately did not happen either, leading to another charge.
I spoke with Jennifer, a Senior Receptionist at the BurJuman branch, to explain my situation and request support due to a personal issue (my wife is pregnant). However, her response was dismissive and lacked empathy, which is the last thing any customer would expect when dealing with such sensitive matters. She told me to email my request but offered no constructive solution, and even when I directly asked her to freeze the account, her tone was unnecessarily abrupt and unhelpful.
Customer service is about listening to clients and providing solutions, not adding to their stress with unprofessional behavior. I strongly believe Jennifer could benefit from training on how to handle such cases with sensitivity and professionalism. Extremely unhappy with the service — this experience has made me question my decision to join GymNation. VERY POOR & CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

The "best gym in the UAE" but they go out of their way to make every interaction extremely difficult. I was a member for 10 months before my card was lost. I cancelled the card but this meant my monthly payments (2 outstanding) couldn't be taken by the gym. I emailed to ask for an invoice and a way to pay - no response. They emailed me weeks later saying I owed money. I replied and asked how to pay - no reply. I emailed again asking how I was supposed to pay, after receiving an email saying they were adding a late fee charge to my account. No reply. Now debt collectors are threatening legal action. All I need are bank details to pay the bill. Or perhaps I could pay in person somewhere but they have never responded to tell me how to resolve the outstanding fees. Absolutely terrible customer service and processes. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible customer service! Last night, September 10, 2024, while I was using my regular chest and arms equipment, a man came and rudely took the equipment right out of our hands. He even sarcastically suggested calling the police if we wanted to.
To my astonishment, I was left speechless and sought assistance at the reception. The receptionist directed me to the accounts department and then returned inside to address the issue with the other party. During their conversation, the individual from the second party mockingly repeated the suggestion to call the police if we wished to do so.
We returned to the reception for the second time and were informed that nothing could be done as the behavior of their other client is beyond their control.
This kind of incident with the lack of support from the management is alarming, tolerating rude behavior and disrespect to other fellow is such a red flag for me.
So I decided to cancel my existing contract to have peace and enjoy my workout in other gym. I was just hoping my cancellation will be granted.

Worst company ever, they are just thieves stealing people money, signed a contract for 12 months and still stealing from old debit/credit cards. Tried to call send emails no response at all !!!

They have machines you can use. That's about it. Nothing else makes this place worth the trouble. They throw a great sales pitch, but don't fall for it. Whatever they are selling, is not what you end up paying for, but by then it will be too late because you will be trapped and will not be able to leave for a full year, if you are lucky!

AFTER ASSURING ME MY ACCOUNT WAS FREEZED THEY STILL CHARGED ME MONTHLY, I HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD! THEY WILL TELL YOUR ANYTHING JUST SO YOU WILL JOIN! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Hey this the worst gym ever if you pay membership and you want to cancel for a personal reason you're gonna be stuck for life. i paid 1 year I never showen even once, ive askd to many times to cancel my membership for my personal reason, they give me a silly questions to prove why I want to cancel and im endup paying every months even im not in uae

Basically a legitimized scam. They sneak in unrealistic cancellation t&cs that no one has ever used before (nor should they) like you have to provide legal proof of loss of employment or a one way ticket leaving the country, or moving more than 20km away from the gym.
Rude and unhelpful staff, no phone and no proper manners once you inform them you’re cancelling.
To top it all off, they charge your card after you inform them you no longer what to, and if you change that card, they dig up any old card you used to pay and charge that one too! (Pretty sure that’s illegal)
After that prepare to be harassed by cheap collection agencies with fake legal threats and blatant lies.
Absolutely the worst gym ever.
Oh and all the positive reviews? They train their staff to basically force you to write it in front of them.

There was an incident that happened in the free weights area which was by any standard unacceptable. They need to train their staff more on how to handle stress very well. It's not the customer's fault if they feel miserable about their job.
I have sent an email on Feb 28 about an incident and up to now, March 17, I am still waiting for anyone from the customer service team ot management to respond to it either by call, email or a face-to-face conversation.
After 4 follow-up emails, multiple follow-up with the reception — NOTHING!
I guess the bad reviews are all true after all. And when you comment on their posts on any socials or send messages, all you get is an automated response to join the gym 😂😂😂

Nightmare Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give this gym zero stars, I would. From start to finish, it's been a horror show. They have a knack for charging your credit card even after cancellation, resorting to aggressive debt collectors if you try to stop them.
The lack of professionalism is astounding, with aggressive tactics and likely fake positive reviews. It's clear they're more interested in your money than your fitness journey.
Customer service is nonexistent. No landline, no response to emails, and they'll happily keep charging you post-contract. In a nutshell, it's a scam in the guise of a gym. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a more reputable fitness center. Consider yourself warned.
