I requested express shipping which said it was $11 and some cents. When my order went through, I was charged $21.95 which was the 2 day price. I do not like being charged more than what was stated.

I ordered a "sisters are the guardian… FROM Badford Exchange subtitle Hamilton Collection.
I ordered a "sisters are the guardian of the heart" the 1st one came fine. I ordered a a second one and sent a MONEY ORDER I was told it was not paid for and I HAVE THE RECEIPTS AND TRACKING NUMBER. THE TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS THAT IT WAS RECIEVED. I am not able to speak with anyone in upper management and I want my figurine.

Tried to accept your offer to get free freight and you sent me into a hall of mirrors where I couldn't figure out what to do...just give me the rebate you offered...this was horrible...
They replied to this by telling me to submit all of the data about my purchase which is exactly wrong...if you offer free freight, it's way wrong to make your customer work for it. These are not honest people.

the last moment …
I called past the last moment wanting to change my order and it was too late. The representative was very polite and professional and could have been mean or hateful. I knew I was probably too late but was pleasantly pleased that the package was already on the way. As it turns out, I would have disappointed the gift receiver if I had changed the order.

The 1/18th scale “SoCal” car trailer. If you are going to use the tire rack, it won’t work with a car that has hood scoops. On the tongue area, the manufacturer should make provisions for putting clevises or tie downs.

Webb site was hard to use
Webb site was hard to use. Various models took a lot of work to find out if they were gold, gold plated or vapor bonded. Then you tried to trick me into a $16 month charge in perpetuity unless I could operate your web site to get out of it several months later. That being said, lots of product, good photography, and persuasive copy.
