I recently took my pet for grooming at Heads Up For Tails. Just after 2–3 days, knots started forming in her hair again. When I informed the staff at the reception, instead of addressing the issue, the guy casually said, “Kya kar sakte hain ab, aap review hi daal dena.”
Really disappointed with this attitude — didn’t expect such an unprofessional response from a reputed brand like this.
Pathetic service. Avoid.
If you want your pets to have food on time, then avoid this company like plague. ZERO customer service.

started out good, turned into selling white label shit products.
except the range "Sara's" everything else that HuFT sells is white labelled shit products from dirty production companies in india and some from Thailand. it's the same shit but in nice HuFT packaging that low range companies sell for much cheaper. you can check the packaging and look for the original manufacturer. HuFT has turned into a packaging company. their wearable items run short. their food comes wet with moisture. there are delivery delays. their customer care executives just copy paste the same generic apology messages.
on top of it all, they keep sending unsolicited promotional messages, their customer never signed up for and have been begging for last 6 months to stop it, at odd hours, like 3:14am, 1:15am, 11:13am, and 2:14am.
i wish the company had literally gone to the dogs but the humans who are running it are incompetent.

My order no HUFTEP25261142862 is not being delivered by your courier partner and your on call support team is helpless and are unable to provide me with any solution only thing they are able to so is escalate the matter and apologise it feels like either you are not paying your courier partner to do the job or they are just not interested in working for you i think its fair to say that you are working for your courier partner coz you have no control over this matter.
I can assure you whatever your internal matter may be this was my last order i am never paying any of my hard earned money to such a irresponsible company

I'm extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided by Heads Up For Tails. My parcel was shipped to my city on **14th May**, and today is **20th May** — yet I still haven't received it. There's been no proper communication, no updates, and absolutely no accountability from their end.
For a brand that claims to care for pets and pet parents, their customer service is shockingly unresponsive. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when we rely on them for essentials for our pets.
**I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Heads Up For Tails.** If timely delivery and reliable service matter to you, look elsewhere.

Worse delivery service ever I have been contacting them for so many days now for my parcel which has been shipped to my city on 25 April n now its 1st May till today they haven't delivered my parcel it has my cats food in it . Now my cat's food is empty i told them as well but they got nothing for me except empty promises to deliver the parcel. So never ordering from a site which doesn't value customer's emotions.

I placed a food order on March 3rd, and to this day—March 16th—it has not been delivered. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service since March 6th, I have received nothing but empty promises of resolution and callbacks that never happen. The tracking link remains stuck with no updates, and every attempt to seek assistance is met with evasive responses. This level of service is beyond unacceptable. If your company cannot handle accountability, especially when a pet’s well-being is at stake, you should not be in this business. I would never recommend ordering from here. Such a disappointment. Big fail.

Ordered a royal canine feed from them and my dog was having the same feed since 2 years but when I gave him their feed which I have ordered from them ..he stopped eating. They have given us fake royal canine.

The worst brand I have encountered so far. Their products are 4x costlier than similar quality products with quality & quantity issues. Moreover their customer service is so pathetic. They just know how to do good marketing on Instagram and other social platforms.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with HUFT's Personalized Bed
I had a deeply frustrating experience with HUFT while ordering a personalized dog bed for my pet, filled with issues that reflect a lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care.
Firstly, their website showed incorrect delivery dates, misleading me into believing the bed would arrive in time for my pet’s birthday. Sadly, the date passed without the bed. When I emailed them about this, they informed me that customized beds actually take 11-12 days to ship—information they clearly knew but failed to disclose on their website.
When the bed finally shipped after nearly 15 days, it was sent to the wrong address. This order was placed by a HUFT employee on my behalf with a one-time discount, and I confirmed the correct address multiple times over WhatsApp. Despite this, they shipped it to my old address. When I pointed out their mistake, they simply suggested I either accept it at the incorrect location or return it and wait an additional 10-12 days for the correct delivery. There was no accountability for their error, and I was expected to deal with the consequences of their oversight.
And if that wasn’t enough, I had ordered a sky/light blue color bed but received a dark blue one instead. For a personalized item that comes at a premium, I would expect at least the right color. Minor variations are understandable, but this was a significant difference that took away from the customized feel of the product.
When I reported the first two issues, HUFT’s customer support stopped replying altogether. As of today, it has been three days without a single follow-up email. I have added the same review to their website too but looks like they are hiding all the negative reviews.
Overall, I cannot recommend HUFT’s personalized service. Their lack of empathy and accountability turned what should have been a thoughtful purchase into a disappointing ordeal.

They’re a bunch of inefficient people who will never get your items to you in time. I have placed an order of close to 18000 and have been following up with them since the 5th. No sign of my items. Never using them again.

This is my second bad experience with HUFT. First order had a pet food which took a week for delivery. Now I had ordered shampoo and biscuits and the order value was Rs 1500/-. The order was delivered on July 4 and for this order value they have an OTP system to confirm before delivery. I was in a meeting and could not give the OTP. The product was taken back by the delivery agent and I got a msg that the same will be delivered as per my requested timeline. So I had given yday July 6 Saturday for delivery. The product is yet to be delivered. How are they surviving with such poor service levels. Decided to move on with some other online store for my pet requirements.

It's been 2 days since I placed a small order for shipping in a metro city (and I was charged for shipping), HUFT seems to have overlooked the order.
They have not arranged for shipping of these 2 items. There is no shipment update and they are still confused about the shipping address.
I'm amazed how they can get away with such poor service in the age of Amazons making same day delivery without a charge. The amount of shipping charged by HUFT is similar to what most courier companies charge with a guaranteed 2-day delivery.
I've spent so much time to follow up on a Rs 600 shipment! Never again!!!
