THIS IS A SCAM, READ REVIEW
Please look into it before purchasing. The products aren't authentic and are notorious for partially fulfilling orders. If it's too late, request a refund from your bank.

The website looked legit, has reviews on the website itself and also Instagram presence and the padlock, so I thought it would be safe.

I received the first part of my order; the other 2 parts had not yet been dispatched. I emailed and was reassured it would be with me within a week.
26/02/25
I emailed again after not receiving the rest of the order and promised again it would be with me within the week. I then sent an email requesting a refund; they said it was against their policy to do so.
I am a law student and am lucky to understand plenty about my consumer rights. I reiterated the relevent ones to them, they still refused. IT IS IMPORTANT HERE TO KNOW THAT POLICY IS NOT ABOVE LAW. THEREFORE, REGARDLESS OF POLICY, YOU ARE ENTITLED, LEGALLY, DUE TO THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT, TO A REFUND.
Anyway, so I've looked into their company some more. This scam is a terrible one, and I want to share with you who are reading this, how in-depth this scam is.
(copied from most recent email)
I am convinced you are running a scam website for the following reasons:
1. Your social media links do not work, yet you promote your Instagram page using ’supposed’ posts from your account. Interestingly, on search, your Instagram does not exist. Your Facebook link works but shows no posts and a limited amount of followers.
2. Your terms and conditions flag as AI-generated, when I looked into this, your texts follow the same patterns used in Chat GTP and Deep Seek. Furthermore, your terms and conditions have various spelling mistakes, such as ‘United Sates’ and ‘purschase’.
3. You argue that legal disputes will be resolved in the Courts of the United States; this leads a consumer to think this is where you operate. However, Yunexpress is a logistics service provider which operates from China, this would indicate that you are actually operating from China. Your Facebook address is 2 Charles St, RI 02904, USA. There is not a Hippers.Co operating here, however, there is Dreams USA Inc., which seems to manufacture Smiski and Sonny Angel products. This is a legitimate manufacturer for the USA branch of Sonnys Angels; they do not use Yunexpress and do not accept shipping to resellers or allow for bulk buys. Furthermore, these are the four locations addressed for Yunexpress, 17th Floor, Chuang Hui International Center, Bantian, Residential District, Banxuegang Avenue and Yongxiang Road Intersection, Longgang District and Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, P.R.China.
4. You have no clear company information and hold a vague “About Us” page; this does not make for an attractive trait for a real business to have. You have no phone number, no location for operation, things necessary for a business to be real.
5. Your website offers contradictory refund/ cancellation policies, ones which allow refunds but make it difficult or within terms and conditions to do so without demanding more money from consumers. This typically is against the law; as mentioned earlier, the law is above policy.
6. Your Trip Advisor review page does not reflect your actual reviews on the Trip Advisor rating and provides consumers with fake reviews.
7. You claim to sell authentic products, yet it is clear from experience that what you sell is not legitimate. The Smiskis are supposed to have a matte finish; mine is glossy. The eyes are also distorted.
8. The shop on your website does not exist; upon researching the location state of your shop, I came across the directory for the mall you stated.
Hippers does not and has never been located there or anywhere.
This is a business pretending to be a legitimate manufacturer of Sonny Angels, Smitskis etc, in the USA.
They are actually based in China, and the people shown in their video reviews are either paid actors or people working for their company. This is clear as on reverse image search nothing appears of them.
This business is breaking the law.
