I purchased a Gents Tissou watch for a present from a well known online high street store who cancelled the order after a week. After searching on Google I came across HL Brown who had the watch I wanted at the lowest price I could find. It came the very next day even though it was free delivery, was beautifully gift wrapped and was a stunning watch, the recipient was thrilled and so I was I with the fantastic service received. Lynda and Daniel and the gentleman who let us in made us feel comfortable within minutes of entering the store. Offering a drink on arrival and being seated with Lynda to pick our wedding rings. Such down to earth staff. Then whilst picking our rings we were offered prosecco. We felt very looked after, welcomed and listened to and we bought our rings.
