Service is easy to use and saves time waiting on phone talking about availability. Pick your time and it's done.

The reception staff are absolutely lovely and polite and the doctors are truly wonderful they actually listen to you you don’t feel like a number hats of to all you at mission health

Hate it. Had to reset password 4 times to get in, wouldn't work on desktop, forced me to download App on phone.

So easy and convenient to Book an appointment..

On Fri morning 1 May 2026 - I requested a repeat script. In special notes I put that I went to Chemist to get my script filled only to find out I had no repeats. The medication can not be stopped abruptly. On Monday late afternoon I called the surgery as my script still had not been approved only to be told by Linda that it is 3-5 days for request to be looked at. They took my money out on Friday! This is not what was showing on app! I have since cancelled request. App needs to be updated with CORRECT information.

Booking experience, easy to use

HotDoc is fast, easy to use and lets me know when my doctor is available next. If my regular doctor is not available, I can check in with another doctor from another clinic, which I do sometimes.

I prefer booking my Dr. appointment at my choice, not via a phone call where the telephonist books me at his/her choice.

Appreciated the ease of the app.

The site is easy to access and follow . So convenient to be able to book after hours.
Easier than ringing the clinic and going through all the doctors and times available.
I use HotDoc always.

The app is very easy to use, no more or rarely have to call up for or cancel appointments, if you don’t have it do yourself a favour and upload it.

Easy to manage

Mostly im happy but if I book an appointment for hubby, it never asked for his email, so I get all of the emails about his appointment. I may book the appointments but he should be informed separately to confirm etc. Also, a recent telehealth appointment which was booked by him over the phone with the surgery, was cancelled because payment details were not input. He had no idea it was required and it had nothing to do with hotdoc so your system should not have cancelled the appointment. You should only cancel appointments you actually book. He doesn't use hotdoc as he's old fashioned lol.

I always have a good experience with reception staff as they are very easy to deal with and efficient.

I absolutely love ❤️ using HotDoc. Makes booking an appointment sooooooo easy and quick with instant confirmation, automatically adding date to my diary, request sent to me for confirmation closer to date etc. What is not to love?
