Knowing availability of Gp and being able to access my calendar to cross reference. Made the booking easy.

I have a lot of medical appointments and Dr’s unfortunately but HotDoc makes it very easy to book and record on the phone’s Diary

Booking was confirmed within 15 minutes.

Not your fault with connecting to the centre but from Doctor centre in serpentine was closed because of power living in Byford and driving 40 mins was a disappointment a text to all would have helped especially with petrol prices as they are thank you

Easy access to appointments round the clock. The ease of booking on the Ap.

I was forced to book an appointment that didn't suit with no options to select anything else.
I went back in the various menus and selected a different option and found the calendar and booked a more appropiate date and time.
This procesa took +10 minutea, so much for saving time and almost instant booking.

It is easy to use for all bookings and can be used anywhere is Australia which is great. I use many apps and this is one of the best for use and for booking process and changing bookings.

HotDoc is the most useless app I have ever used. My family clinic has stopped using Health Engine for their appointments which is most distressing. HotDoc is supposed to make like easier so you don't need to ring the clinic, well that didn't work. I made my appointment and then it said that my appointment had been changed. I then had to call the clinic to confirm my appointment which when I finally got through after being on hold for 30 minutes and hanging up and redialling was told no it hadn't been changed. Go back to Health Engine which was fantastic for years. I will never book through HotDoc ever again it is useless and I will be removing the app from my phone. What's the point since you have to ring the clinic to confirm your appointment.

It is easy to use this hot doc apps, i just wished there will be more appointment time available for people working normal 8 to 5
