A presto! Raffaella - TEAM Houseboat
Vacanza in houseboat
Vacanza in famiglia in houseboat con ragazzi adolescenti.

Great experience- with lots of unexpected
Everyone from HHI was very responsive, forthcoming and nice. The boat experience in the Laguna was different than expected, but that was due to a lack of preparation. For example it is not recommended to swim in the Laguna and there are very few spots where you can moar the boat, especially not for a quick stop - regardless which island, it’s always a struggle outside of the HHI official moaring areas. However the reason for scoring 3/5 is primarily due to several breakdowns of the boat. AC was down for most days, generator didn’t work, service battery down, ….
We saw the HHI service team more than our kids during this week. All nice people, however one can expect that the boat is in better shape when you start your vacation.
All in all a good experience and great to have done it - it will remain a once VJ in the lifetime thing.

Hallo Florian ,thank you sincerely for your kind words about our staff and for your humorous remark about our technicians ("seen more often than your own children")—their friendliness is something we take great pride in. At the same time, please accept our sincerest apologies. You are absolutely right: the technical issues you experienced are unacceptable at the start of a holiday. We value your feedback and have already stepped up our pre-departure checks to prevent this from happening again. We are delighted that you still have fond memories of this adventure and would love to welcome you back in the future. Raffaella - HHITEAM
