Excellent service from point of contact until delivery.
From my first contact all staff were polite and very helpful.
I placed my order with this branch because the closest one was unable to deliver. Never at any point did anyone comment on the distance. In fact the driver who was very helpful and courteous said 'it was a straightforward journey.
My order was delivered in a timely manner and I was kept informed about the specific time of delivery.
Excellent service all round.

Great customer service!
Andy at Huws Shrewsbury has been super helpful and I subsequently spoke to someone else there to sort a refund (possibly Ian?) who also was very helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Derby branch are great!
I’m a homeowner who was let down by another supplier who’d pushed my delivery date by a week! The branch staff were so friendly and helpful. Andy at Derby ensured that the items were delivered on their next available slot and managed to bring it forward by 4 days from their initial quote! I’m so grateful, the whole team were brilliant and the product’s perfect too

Fantastic friendly efficient service
Fantastic friendly efficient service. I ordered online and it was there waiting for me, no waiting. The staff were lovely especially so with my young grandson. Will definitely use again.
