Indusgo has zero concern for customer satisfaction. I wanted to drop off at different location for which I paid. Even though I informed about my change of plans well in advance, Indusgo did not refund me the money I paid for the different location drop off. We booked for 1100 kms and due to rising COVID cases, we had to cut the trip short and only did 530 KMS. Again, Indusgo did nothing considering the less numbers of kms covered. Making the customers feel valued is a very important part of being a successful business and Indusgo makes no effort in making the customer feel valued.

My ride was completed on 02nd December, 2020. The Indusgo booking ID was CACT18282. I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 5300 (Caution deposit + extra fuel charge). I haven't received the amount even after 40 days. I had contacted customer care support several times but it was of no use. #indusgo @indusgo Horrible

Best Self Drive car rental in Chennai. Although the company is from Kerala many do not know they also offer services in Chennai. I took a Wagon R for two months period and then again for 4 days after a month time. On both occasions there were no hassles in receiving at door step or returning. Cars were in good condition and clean. Got the deposit money back in account within 3 days. No unnecessary drama while returning was the key highlight. I will go again for Indusgo car hire and highly recommend it.

I am Very sorry to say that it’s really a Worst car rental company I have come across .So so unprofessional and very rude staff.
It’s been almost a week since we have hired a car and returned and since then we are following up for our deposit money and no response until weeks . Before booking they say that they will refund our deposit after 2 days once you finish the trip but Every time when we call they claim they will call back after checking but they don’t.We had to call them everyday and check it’s just so painful and very unprofessional.
Very rude & unprofessional staff . Please rethink thrice before renting from indusgo.

The worst car rental company I have ever seen. The staff is super unprofessional and rude. These guys are fraud. Don't give your credit card information to them. They make the transactions even without notifying you based on some of their stupid rules.even If you contact them through email or their customer care number it's useless. These people are frau. Don't get into their trap and loose your hard earned money.

Worst car rental company I’ve ever come across. Super unprofessional and rude staff. They claim you can pick up the car at airport, but they weren’t there. We had to take a taxi to the middle of nowhere at midnight and ended up somewhere along the road to do the handover. Dropoff was also painful and unprofessional.
